The staff was very friendly and kind. The building is outdated and rooms are not cleaned thoroughly. There were several broken things in our room, like a cabinet in the bathroom… there were old stains all over our room walls and on the bureaus, nightstands, walls… I was disgusted.

Driving thru other business’s parking lots to find the hotel and the 1960’s decor inside the hotel were interesting, but the staff were nice and it was clean.

I would like to clarify that I have no complaints regarding the price we paid for the room. While it wasn't the most luxurious accommodation, the cost was acceptable. However, I must mention that locating the inn was challenging initially, as our GPS directed us to the center of a different building. This caused some confusion at first, but we were able to navigate our way subsequently.

The staffs were very nice but the rooms looks like they were remodeled and has cracked granite countertops. The remodel looks like it was cheaply made.

close to a lot of things it was 12$ for a lyft form here to the mall to get on the bus that took 30 mins to get to NYC and about 10 mins away from the american dream

Ok I have to say what was good first. The guy at the front desk was very nice, mannerly. The lobby looks nice, clean .The bed and pillows were very comfortable. The first room I stayed in on 5 floor was dirty. There was hair on the soap dish, the hand towel, and the bathroom floor. This is just unacceptable. Even though I was very tired I had to request another room. This room was cleaner until I saw a hair in the shower stall, grossed me out, but I was exhausted so I stayed. I will not stay there again and will pay extra to get a clean room. When you type in there name on google maps is leaves you at the Nissan dealership on other side of the highway, if you type in Petco it leaves you at the hotel. The hotel is behind these shops, pretty dark at night too. Not very appealing.
