Okay place to stay
We stayed over night, the place is okay not amazing not fancy, but clean, close to the motorway in case you are on trip like I was. My problem was the fridge we had thing to put there and wasn't working - We didn't ask for a help thoug. The apartment should be a little more modern or welcome but as I said it was clean, looked safe. Not sure if would stay again. Overall check in was quickly, easy to find, car was safe parking, as we spend less then 12hours we cant say much.

7 minutes walk to the airport!
I spent a week in Toulouse - mainly to visit Airbus but also to see Toulouse for the first time. The hotel is just a few minutes' walk from the airport entrance and also the buses which take you downtown.

Good base for early flight, BUT...........
Family rooms are located around the side of the hotel in a U.S. 'motel' type format. May not be to everyone's liking but it worked ok for us. Small but good linen and reasonably comfortable for an overnight stay. Here's the flaw and its a potentially serious one. Be very careful with small children as the second (kids) bed is designed above the bathroom with access via a ladder. Good use of limited space I suppose, but there is very, very little protection to prevent children under 10 potentially falling through a gap running along the side of the bed to the ground level (10 feet below). How the hotel have overlooked this baffles me.

Airport convenience
My room was furnished in a minimalist way--bed, 2 simple chairs, a tiny corner table. No desk, no proper table, no dresser. Walls white, no paintings, photos. It was clean, and the bathroom worked fine. It was fairly quiet. An odd loft accessed by a ladder, but no bed, futon, or anything in the loft.

Clean with no frills.
All I wanted was a clean & safe place to lay my head before my flight. This hotel fit the bill. Being a close walk from the airport was another bonus. I would recommend this hotel to a friend.

Convenient to Toulouse Airport; Good value.
We only stayed here for one night to be close to the airport for our early morning flight. The receptionist was very helpful. Our room was comfortable for the price we paid. We would stay here again in the future.

The hotel was exactly as described. A very simple spartan,spotlessly clean, though complete room at walking distance from the airport. Exactly what we wanted. If you look for a hotel was all the perks, forget it. You will never get one for such a price. The reception was very friendly and answered all the questions. It is practically inside the airbus complex so it is great to start visiting from there. the transportation to Toulouse was also great (public) (Number 66). we stayed two nights and we would do it again.

On the website the hotel shows really nice and good price for the rooms. Then you go there, check in, and the staff, who does the minimum effort to be friendly to you and almost ignore you, puts you in a motel type of room...nothing like they show you on the website. It was clean, but not what we paid for. It was a lot of noise coming from The local roads. Restaurant was overprice And if you want breakfast, the best option is to wait and go to the airport..that is your best option in that hotel and the area.

This was a GREAT stay for a GREAT price. WIFI was weak, but overall this was a great place to stay. In fact, we found it by accident the first time, and booked it again before we left France. HIGHLY recommend. Americans, McDonalds is only 15min walk away!

Airport Convenient
We have used this hotel often. It is about a 5 minute walk to the airport, always clean, friendly staff, includes parking, and wifi. We were pleased to see A/C has been added, so we were quite comfortable. It's not a luxury hotel but very reasonable priced and perfectly located for our needs..

we took a taxi to the airport since we had 5 bags. BUT a person with only 1 bag on wheels could walk to the airport in 10 minutes. We walked from the airport, with no bags, easily.

Convenient location very limited apart-hotel
This hotel is very cheap and very close to the airport. The room was clean with a supply of clean towels. However the room was very basic it was a bit like camping under a solid roof.

Value for money right by airport
This really is fantastic value for money if you need to be near Toulouse airport for one of the many early morning flights. The hotel is an easy short walk from the terminal building and costs about a third of the only other one so close by. The room is basic but just fine, and quite capacious by French standards. The only downside is traffic noise -- it is close to the main road coming into the airport and not well sound insulated. Facilities and restaurants in the terminal building stay open until 9 p.m., so there's no problem getting a meal even when the hotel restaurant was closed.

There were stains (red and brown) on the walls both next to the bed and in the bathroom, next to the toilet. The room was too cold, even with the heating on, though it did warm up later and there were spare blankets. There was a ladder to a bunk bed partially blocking the door to the bathroom (it should have been folded away but the retaining hook was broken.) There was no shower curtain. The door to the room was hard to open from the inside--someone with arthritis would struggle badly, and it took me several minutes. There was little privacy in the room as the curtain didn't completely cover the window. The front desk wasn't staffed when I arrived and the staff had no map of the area and gave me the wrong directions to a local restaurant--with the result that I wandered about lost for 25 minutes. (At the Radisson next door, by contrast, they had a map and pointed me in the right direction.)I"m not fluent in French but I do know the meaning of "droit" and "gauche".

Emergency use only.
Minimal bathroom equipment, adequate towels, soap dispenser dried up and unusable. Bed and pillows very hard. No coffee in room. No remote for TV. Inadequate outside lighting. Reception locked at 4.45am until employees arrived. Receptionist made me a cup of coffee and was very polite. Taxi arrived at 5am - very good. Staff good, amenities minimal. Will not stay there again except in an emergency.

Good if you have an early flight
Price vs benefit is excellent if you have an early flight from Toulouse. If you are very picky, ask for a room that is not facing the highway, because could be noisy. But considering it was only a night, i was extremely tired and I had 6:00 am fight next day, its perfect.

Good points: cheap, walking distance to airport, friendly staff BAD POINTS - soundproofing in the external rooms, out the baxk and like wooden cabins is rubbish, you hear the planes, the cars on the road and your neighbours. So if you a light sleeper avoid It is same price as a UK TravelLodge or premier Inn, but half the quality Rooms in the main hotel building MAY be better, but avoid the outside rooms

This is an clean extremely basic hotel, and for extremely basic hotel perhaps a bit overpriced. The staff is cheery and helpful. The internet works, the shower did not. I would have been very unhappy if my neighbors had been noisy as there is no sound insulation between rooms. Still if you have to get to the airport at 5:30 a.m., it is a ten minute walk.

Misleading Internet Webpage
I arrived to this hotel after a long flight from Australia via Paris. On arrival i was told i could not check in till 2pm, which i was prepared for. On return i was checked in to the room. NOTE room not apartment room which i s what i was led to believe by the ad on the internet page. Madame Aced proceeded to take outside the hotel to rooms which were NOT in the apartment as suggested on the internet booking page!!! Thankfully Madame Aced spoke english however after advising her that i did not book an outside room she became agitated, rude and downright unprofessional. She is one of the owners!!!!! She all of a sudden could not speak/comprehend english and became obtrusive, defensive and ++++++ unreasonable. As a customer i asked her to but herself in my place after the long haul flight, only to find out that i would be staying outside in what appeared to be a "cabin". I insisted i see the room and once i saw it i decided that i could not stay there. She escalated her behaviour and became even more agitated. Once back inside she proceeded to speak to the her staff about me in front of her and upgraded me to an apartment UNDER THE PROVISO that i NEVER stay their again!!!!!! She also advised that if i wanted to i could go to the Radisson next door " that has stars" she stated! She became extremely sarcastic and started speaking to me via the night staff. Unbeknownst to her i understood everything! After the ordeal of checking in i was somewhat agitated myself, NEVER EVER having experienced that level of appalling customer service anywhere in the world ( I am am frequent traveller)! i decided to to some laundry which i noted cost 4.50Euro. I went back out to get tokens and found her telling the details of my checkin to other patrons!!! I asked to the night staff how much the tokens for the laundry where and she asked Madame Aced who said quite forthrightly 5.50 Euro! That was the straw that broke the camels back at which point i stated that i felt it was inappropriate for her to be telling everybody about the issue. She restated that she 'did not parlais anglais"! I felt unsafe and wasn't sure i could be comfortable there and despite paying the rate i went next door to the Radisson where they gave me a comparable rate . This was the most horrible and frustrating experience. She did not want to listen to my concerns about the misleading internet add nor did she let me speak. She spoke excellent english and spanish of which i speak both however she refused to communicate to me. I DO NOT recommend this hotel! I went onto to stay at the Radisson which was exceptional and am currently staying at the ParkSuites Balgnac which have been a few small hours of pleasure. The staff at both places have been professional courteous and accommodating to international travels all of which Madame Aced was NOT. The night staff at Aeral went onto to explain that Madame Acer was exerieicng personal issues however as a customer i should not have to bear the brunt of her professional issues. For the price and locations i would avoid at all costs staying at Aerel knowing that nearby there are much better hotels for the same price.

Aerel hotel, Toulouse.
Very basic; I was not disappointed because that was what I had been led to expect. Excellent for an overnight stay and an early flight. It was also very cheap. Very clean. Helpful reception staff. It is a short walk from the airport, which is very convenient. But surprisingly no-one at the airport - or even taxi drivers - seemed to have heard of it. Finally I found a taxi driver who did know where it was. He charged 10 Euros to run me about a quarter of a mile.
