This hotel is priced like a 4-Star, but operates like a 2-Star. Standard rooms are already quite expensive, but if you want or need to have elevator service to avoid having to climb a narrow circular staircase...plan on paying an extra 120 Euros/night for an upgrade. The staff people are pleasant, but not very helpful or understanding...even the bellhop disappeared when it came to carrying our luggage and "stroller" up to the room (immediately after he showed us where the room was located). Driving to the hotel is a nightmare, and parking (once you find a way to get to it) is "public" and quite expensive...valet service is available if you wish to add more cost to your stay. There are a lot of other hotels within the immediate vicinity (and the vicinity is truly nice) and I would recommend you investigate them before you decide to stay at this hotel. In addition, this hotel has no soul whatsoever.
