We do apologize for the issue with the air conditioning in your room. This technical problem was unfortunately beyond our control – our technicians did their very best to fix it in time but were waiting for the new parts to be available. Regarding your early check-in, we did our very best to give you access to your room as soon as we could and make sure your stay was the most pleasant. Our standard check-in time is 3.30 p.m. Nevertheless, we prepared your room at your request when you arrived and you were given access to it at around 10:30 a.m. – 5 hours in advance. You were informed that this cost was normally 75. We offered it to you at 35 as a good-will gesture, a price that you accepted. Although we appreciate your commitment to Expedia, we cannot always guarantee free early check-ins to our guests. We recommend that you contact us in advance for your next stay so we can plan your arrival and do our upmost to make your stay the most comfortable. We remain at your disposal. Best regards,

We have negotiated preferential rates for our guests at the Parking du Capitole, right in front of the hotel. We know access to the parking lot with the stairs is far from ideal. Our staff is always ready to help customers carry their luggage, and we offer the possibility to park at the entrance of the hotel in order to drop off your luggage.
