I would appréciate a coffee machine in the room, instead of a boiling water machine! The hotel was old and the room was small, but clean! The service was good ,the personnal very helpfull too!

Pros: site of hotel
Location: visiting this vibrant city, enjoying good food
Walking distance from train stations, bus stop for the airport, close to numerous downtown activities and old town

Great location, average room.

Very convenient location. You can take a shuttle from the airport, and it will drop you off at Jean d'Arc station, which is just right across the street from the hotel. It's a nice short walk to Saint Sernin and Place du Capitole, and there are a lot of good restaurants near Jean-Jaures (I recommend Chez Aym) which is not very far. The room was most likely a smoking room in its past life because as soon as we walked in, it was very hard to breathe. The room was quite small, not leaving much floor space with a double bed in it. There is no refrigerator in the room. The windows are big and old; you can't open the ones in the bathroom unless you want people in the streets to get a free show.

Not a 3 stars hotel. The most 2 stars

The front desk person very polite and understanding to the problem. The rest a total disappointment dirty, smelly, at breakfast they served reheated pastry. Not worth of 10 euros.

It's a room

Not much else to say...nice enough staff, teeny room, difficult to get to with heavy suitcase, minuscule bathroom. Old, without charm...about the only redeming quality is proximity to train station, and even then, you'd do better looking elsewhere.

Was in Toulouse for a few days and the hotel was perfectly located for the Capitole and all the great things to see and do there. Hotel was clean and comfortable.

I arrived late, but met with a friendly hotel staff and spent one night at the hotel. Everything went smoothly and I had a good night's sleep.

Good value and great location

Good value hotel on the edge of the old town. Quiet despite the central location. Area boarders a grotty bit of town and a few drunks and people liviing on the street but nothing too close and ceratinly nothing that put you off.

Needs a little work

The rooms were clean and comfortable but the air conditioning was not cooling enough and the WIFI did not work...and then only sometimes.. except in the lobby.
