Superb staff
The hotel itself is beginning to look a little dated compared to othe ibises, but it was clean and tidy and had the usual ibis comfort, however what it lacked in modernness it more than made up for by it’s amazing staff , a special mention has to go the young man who greeted me on my very late arrival was so friendly, polite and welcoming , but all the other staff were equally as nice . They are a credit to the ibis name

Séjour très agréable
Le séjour a été bref (2 nuits) mais très agréable. L'équipe est sympathique et le service est agréable. Le petit déjeuner est copieux et divers et les plats (déjeuner et diner) sont délicieux. De plus, la terrasse est agréable pour prendre son repas à tout heure de la journée. En ce qui concerne la chambre, bien qu'elle soit un peu petite, elle était propre et le lit était confortable. Je trouve seulement dommage qu'il n'y ait pas de chaussons, de peignoir. Mais je garde un agréable souvenir de ce séjour!

Excellent place from which to visit Toulouse.
We were delighted with most aspects of our stay - the staff all actually give the impression of wanting to help make the stay enjoyable. Breakfast was unusually good and varied. The Metro is nearby giving good access to the city despite the hotel being somewhat on the outskirts.

Great pre-airport night.
Room and staff were excellent in every respect. Breakfast (at 9 am) sparse in fresh pastries and replenishment delayed by far too long. Otherwise perfect!

Unbeatable quality price ratio.
it's an Ibis ... we know what to expect. I find the Ibis simple but adequate for business trips where I know that I just need a bed and a clean room. The neighborhood does not look very safe, because the gate is still closed and you have to ring to get in. The breakfast is great and is included in the rate. it's a hotel for people who have business appointments in the local activity area. It is not ideal if you want to visit Toulouse.

Convenient and affordable
I stayed at Ibis Budget Universite on my way to Marseille. Fast check in and clean facilities. The room was small for two people, but it was just fine for one night. There're no restaurants or amenities surrounding the hotel within walking distance, but there is a small restaurant at the hotel.

Ok hotel, but quite far from the central city
The hotel was clean and friendly. It was a bit rundown but for the price was perfect. The free parking was much appreciated. It has an Ibis kitchen attached, but on the Friday night that I was there they were serving only a reduced menu. I only wanted the charcuterie platter, but it was unavailable. I would not recommend opening the windows as there are lots of insects - I had to change rooms as my room was full of bugs - but I think that they came in the window, rather than being there already. Free wifi was a huge plus as well.

Comfortable and welcoming
We are regular guests of this hotel as we have family and friends living nearby. It is always clean and in good condition, the staff are friendly and efficient and the free parking close to the motorway and metro make it easy to access. Of course, we LOVE the super comfortable Ibis beds!

Mitigée... D'un côté l'accueil est excellent, le personnel aux petits soins. La chambre est propre, l'intérieur de l'hôtel plutôt sympa C'est calme, aussi bien dans l'hôtel qu'autour De l'autre... Hôtel vieillissant, dans un quartier déprimant (je sais que l'hôtel n'y est pour rien mais il est situé contre un bâtiment qui a brûlé et visiblement squatté ... Pas rassurant.) Nous avions la chambre accessible pmr, tres petite (lit coincé contre le mur, qui n'est donc accessible que d'un côté) Fenêtre qui donne dans l'escalier de secours (heureusement pas utilisé, mais vue très moche) et si on se penche on voit le fameux bâtiment abandonné.. La porte de la salle de bain est une porte coulissante en verre, très dure à manœuvrer... Et transparente, ce qui fait que lorsque l'on va aux toilettes en pleine nuit on réveillé le conjoint puisque la lumière passe à travers la porte... 😓 Et comme en plus on en peut pas la fermer, merci l'intimité !

En general el hotel tiene todas las comodidades y si bien está cerca del metro, lo cual es muy bueno, está muy aislado de centros comerciales o lugares para salir a comer. Además, soy usuaria de silla de ruedas y para ir del metro al hotel y al revés, no hay una ruta copleta accesible, una parte debo hacerla por la calle, porque justo la vereda del hotel no tiene ninguna rampa. En otro ámbito, el último día nos encontramos con una gran araña, al parecer estuvo picándome pero no me había dado cuenta.

La signalisation pour les piétons comme nous qui arrive du métro n’est pas assez clair pour trouver l’hôtel … Les gens très très sympathiques, attentives. Par contre j’ai trouvé un insecte dans la chambre et une araignée dans la salle de bain, pour le reste tout était propre..

La chambre est propre et confortable MAIS si vous souhaitez dormir, aller ailleurs. L'insonorisation est inexistante : vous entendez ce que font vos voisins de droite, de gauche et au-dessus, ainsi que la circulation. Le pire c'est l'absence d'obscurité : les projecteurs du parking restent allumés toute la nuit et il n'y a pas de volets, uniquement des rideaux opaques qui laissent filtrer la lumière sur les côtés. J'ai appelé deux fois la réception, ne pouvant pas m'endormir. La première fois à 23h30, on m'a dit que ça allait s'éteindre tout seul. La deuxième fois à 0h40 c'était toujours allumé et on m'a dit que je devais être trop sensible. Le lendemain la lumière était éteinte, le réceptionniste m'a dit l'avoir éteint lui-même, merci ! La nuit a été catastrophique, je ne veux plus y retourner
