Tol Visit
As expected for a Novotel hotel, clean, well-organized, restaurant, pool, service, and personnel. Our only concern was the exterior appearance of the property from the front. Upon arrival from the airport, it does not look very inviting. Overgrown weeds, and a dirty appearance, we were not sure if it was the right place until we saw the Novotel hotel signs. This REALLY needs to be worked on.

It was amazing…very close to town centre…forgot the guy name who was on reception…very helpful…will visit again Only down side was our kettle was not working in the room…spoken to the lady receptionist at night but didn’t sorted out ..as she said she will do in the morning…

Great hotel
Everything we needed, lovely pool and location next to the beautiful Japanese garden. Easy 15 min walk to the main square passing some gorgeous architecture on the way. Staff fab rooms exceeded our expectations and great restaurant

If the staff starts blaming the client with a room for 4.500€/month for things other people say and do, it is clear, something is wrong !!

The inside of this hotel is what you would expect from a Novotel, for the most part. Our room wasn't very big, but it was totally fine. Staff were friendly. However, the immediate vicinity of the hotel appears to be falling into some disrepair. We weren't sure where to park, and ended up parking in a public lot below the hotel. The next morning we found the window of our car broken and some items stolen - not a fun way to end a vacation. In the morning, we noticed a sign in the elevator warning guests not to park there, but we hadn't see it the] night before because we arrived late and were tired. Also, no one mentioned specific hotel parking when we arrived. If you stay here, just be warned to avoid the public parking lot.

The hotel was everything we needed for our stay in Toulouse. We were visiting a family member who is currently working here and deciding to go for the hotel with a pool was perfect. The pool was quiet and sometimes we had it to ourselves, we opted to have dinner at the hotel one lunch and this was a fantastic buffet. The brunch was also delicious on the weekend. The staff were so helpful and let us have a late check out as our flight had been delayed until 23:00. Definitely would come back, great location to get to the main streets of Toulouse too.

We loved spending time at the pool and at the Jardin Jaiponais nearby. The room was nice, clean, and comfortable. Dinner and Brunch at the restaurant were excellent.

Great Stay
Everything was great except for the A/C inside the room. We had a long trip from Andorra going to Toulouse and so I was looking forward to a cool comfortable night to sleep in. However, it was warm and the A/C was not working and there was no way to fix it because they said it was centralized, the staff was eager to help and gave me a fan to use overnight.

Fantastic stay at the Novotel with friends however the sofa bed wasn’t great. It had quite a thin mattress so you could feel everything under you and was at an angle making it difficult to sleep. However, very happy with service and cleanliness!

Excellent customer service let down by facilities
We had a 2 night stay at Novotel Toulouse. The room we were given looked tired and dated. The A.C. wasn't working properly which was a concern due to hot weather. When raised concerns with staff they attended to it promptly and changed our room. The whole building needs an upgrade and seems to have various issues. Location is good close to The Capitole. The staff from house keeping to front office were excellent, very helpful and friendly. They really try to and do make up for the cons of the hotel. The pool was good for the kids but again in need of a good clean and an upgrade I think. Breakfast was good and had a good choice. Overall a very pleasent stay.

Superb hotel for family
Arrived into Toulouse for a stop-over from Pyrennes to wedding in Italy. This hotel was ideally located between airport and city centre. The hotel had a great pool facility just metres from the bar and reception. Staff were lovely and organised a taxi to airport. 10 out of 10

Fab little place. Nice pool, centrally located and friendly staff. Room did smell like smoke when we arrived so we had to air out the room for the day. Also no air conditioning made the place very warm! Overall though, staff were great and we really enjoyed our stay.

Struggle to relocate
The bed was quite hard and there were protests that I could hear clearly from my room in the middle of the night. It was a huge struggle to be able to check out early and get a refund. While on a trip for leisure or business, everyone needs their sleep for their sanity, I had enough.

Location, location, location
Backed by a Japanese Garden and larger park, the Toulouse Business School all around and about a 10 minute walk to the water, Basilica and City Hall. This hotel was in an ideal location for seeing as much of Toulouse in a short period of time as possible.

Great for children too
We stayed at the Novotel for the new year holidays, our stay was almost perfect. Our children enjoyed the pool table, the Xbox in the lounge area as well as meeting other children. Only issue was on our first morning there was some early maintenance work, (drilling started at 8:30). The rooms were cleaned every morning and the standard was very high. Receptionists always willing to help. Top location.
