The bed was the star, absolutely amazing--loved the comfy pillows, mattress, and roominess. The staff was helpful, so glad they spoke English! The wake up call came at the exact time. We had a wonderful meal at the hotel restaurant as well.
The shuttle driver was late and said very little to us. We were nervous about the time but he was unconcerned. He said the car was unlocked and to just go ahead and get in the car while he had to help some other people down the hall with their luggage. the car was, in fact locked and it was windy and rainy outside and we were not comfortable leaving our bags out there and yet taking our bags back into the hotel seemed silly, as we thought he would be right back. He didn't return right away. He gave the impression he didn't like his job much. Too bad he had to leave us with that impression....maybe he was just having a bad day, as we all do occasionally. Outside of that, our stay was excellent.
