Convenient to airport, not much else.

Pros: This hotel is convenient to the Toulouse airport. The room is decent. You can walk to the metro in about 15 minutes.
Location: The location is awful. It is in the middle of a wasteland of highway exchanges, office complexes and apartment blocks.
This hotel is convenient to the Toulouse airport. The room is decent. You can walk to the metro in about 15 minutes which takes you into Toulouse. Otherwise there is not much to recommend this hotel. The location is awful. It is in the middle of a wasteland of highway exchanges, office complexes and apartment blocks. You will starve before you find a place to eat. The ad for this hotel shows the Canal du Midi and gives the impression it is nearby. No way. There is nothing worthwhile nearby.

Clean and comfortable

Pros: Convience to airport
Cons: Restaurant expensive with limited menu-food quite good however
Very good but a bit overpriced including the restaurant. A long walk to shopping

Nice hotel close to airport

Pros: My colleagues.
Cons: They should have a few choices for hot food 24 hrs.
Location: Location is ideal if you rent a car. There are nothing to do nearby. Just walks
I wanted to have dinner, after a long day..came to restaurant 5 mins before its closing...manager did not serve me told me kitchen is close. As there are nothing around this hotel I think a lot of people who stay at this hotel will have this problem. And the breakfast is well over price.

Nice pool, sauna and good location (airport)

Staff friendly although do not expect bellboy to greet you at entrance and bring luggage up. As such, although clean rooms (take superior or up as I heard standard rooms are so so and auper small). Poor air circulation i room (even if a/c atcoldest temp, if hot outside, some section of room will still be somewhat warm). great pool, sauna, gym... very clean (although no new items when room is cleaned.. such as new soaps orkleenex when empty. Not badbut not a 4star. Stillgood for one nigth when flight next day.

The staff was wonderful, as usual. Unfortunately, the air conditioning never got the room cooled off. It made for a very restless night of sleep. I will likely not stay again, particularly in the summer.

Friendly staff, good facilities, comfortable rooms

Pros: Overall feel, decent quality and overall the staff
Cons: Free airport shuttle only starts at 0630, so if you have a very early flight and are not returning a hire car, you'll need a taxi
For the price and given it is an airport hotel we didn't expect very much at all - just needed somewhere convenient for an early flight out of the airport. Maybe not 4 Seasons, but if Hyatt were doing an 'airport hotel' range - this is what you might expect in terms of look, feel and quality (but at about 1/3 of the price). We were very pleasantly surprised - the staff were friendly, attentive and very amenable. The food was good, the beds were comfortable, the rooms were a good size, the bathroom was clean with a good walk in shower. Pool, gym, restaurant, nice outdoor area, plane noise not intrusive and appears to have decent conference facilities - we will not think of booking anywhere else next time we are down that way.

Poor reception

Hotel is excellent apart from the reception service which hung up on Me requesting transport which closes At 2330 leaving me and my nine year old stranded we got a taxi eventually as none of them wanted to do the ride....you can't walk it..poor service which left a mark on what would have been an excellent hotel

Very comfortable airport hotel

Pros: Comfort of the bed and the good restaurant
Cons: The closed gates at the entrance are unattractive and require a stop.
Staff is organized and pleasant. The hotel provides a good and dependable shuttle to/fro the airport.
