Charming farmhouse converted into a luxury hotelPosted Jul 2, 2015 on Hotels
Property and garden are very beautiful and charming. It has character and clean. The staff was very helpful and will do anything to make your stay pleasant. We arrived very late on the first day - they waited for us and prepared meal for us even though the kitchen supposedly close an hour before. There is nothing much in the surrounding area, but close enough to main attractions in Provence such as Verdon Gorge and the lavender route.

A peaceful three night stay.Posted Apr 21, 2015 on Hotels
A tranquil, peaceful stay in a beautiful house in a picture perfect location. From the moment we arrived and were offered a welcome drink, a glass of local rose wine, we knew we were going to be well looked after. The staff were all amazing. On our first evening we enjoyed a pleasant meal in the Domaine restaurant. Breakfast on the terrace was a real treat. If ever we return to Tourtour we shall definitely stay here again.

La Bastide, par excellence.Posted May 7, 2014 on Hotels
Surprenant !

Stunning Provence RetreatPosted Apr 28, 2014
Pros: Beautiful setting Food & service
Cons: Iron & ironing boards in the rooms
Location: Provence countryside at its best. Very close to Gorges du Verdon which is stunning.
We only had one night at this fantastic hotel as we were doing a tour around the area. We absolutely loved it! The staff were very welcoming, Emanuel and the team were fantastically professional and attentive. This is a beautiful Chateau, previously the home of the French Artist, Bernard Buffet, which is set in stunning surroundings & has been creatively refurbished. Dinner was equally outstanding and breakfast outside on the terrace was sublime. This is one for the little red book, cant wait to go back. Highly recommend it
