Poor service and facilities
We have stayed there for 3 days while the room and surrounding were acceptablly tidy but facilities and response from staff were disappponting. No one told us al the fridge were not working until we asked for, both hairdryer were not working and we need to get it replaced, 1/3 days did not clean our room. Finally, everytime we rang up for help with the above, service desk was not particularly responsive and there was once, thr guy cut me off

We were moved room 3 times, it wasn’t clean as stuff was still left from the previous guests even though we had been told the cleaners had just been in. We were there for four days and no one came up to clean or change our bedding once. We had dried blood staines on the bedding. The mini fridge wasn’t working, we were given a room for wheelchair access with the worst shower and we had to use the changing room showers downstairs in the pool area. The only good part about our stay was the bar area and the bartenders

The property was very well maintained and the staff was very friendly and helpful. The morning breakfast service was excellent and the chief who made the omelette in the morning was excellent. The room was very spacious and very clean and comfortable. This was the nicest hotel I’ve ever stayed in while in London. I would definitely recommend staying there again when I’m back in London.

I have stayed at this property numerous times and always love to return. I love the amazing swimming pool and the cozy ambient. Also a great location - short walk to the Tower of London and to the St Paul's Cathedral and great transport links.

We had a nice stay. Great breakfast, cosy room. The only bad thing was the annoying elevators that only kind of worked. One was out of order every other hour so the only working one was packed with people.

Molto pulito e moderno, bellissima la hall con luci soffuse, poltroncine e finti caminetti. Camere arredate con cura e soprattutto pulite. Bagno non grandissimo ma dotato di vasca e doccia (niente bidet). Possibilità di usufruire gratuitamente della piscina interna con sauna e idromassaggio (aperta tutto il giorno fino alle 22:00) anche se sempre affollata e con pochi lettini. Comoda la posizione a 5/10 minuti a piedi da 2 stazioni della metropolitana (tower hill e aldgate). Possibilità di effettuare check in e check out online per velocizzare il tutto.

Die Unterkunft befindet sich in der Nähe zur Tower Bridge und zur Underground Station Aldgate oder Aldgate East läuft man ca 5 Minuten. Das Hotel ist in einem guten Zustand und unser Zimmer war sehr sauber. Die Betten waren nicht zu hart und auch nicht zu weich. Für unseren Geschmack genau richtig. Wir haben nicht im Hotel gefrühstückt. In der Nähe gibt es aber viele gute Möglichkeiten, außerhalb vom Hotel zu frühstücken. Auf unseren Wunsch hin, bekamen wir eine zweite Bettdecke in unser Zimmer. Hier wäre es schön, wenn man vielleicht eine zweite ,kleinere Bettdecke in den Kleiderschrank legt. Die Bettdecken waren sehr groß.

Sehr gutes, in der Nähe der Tower Bridge gelegenes und hervorragend ausgestattetes Hotel. Große Zimmer, super Badezimmer, toller großer Wellnessbereich mit 25 m Schwimmbad, Sauna, und Dampfbad. Umfangreiches, leckeres Frühstücksbuffet, geschmackvolle Ausstattung, hervorragender Conciergeservice sowie engagiertes, sehr freundliches Personal. Absolut empfehlenswert!

Ich kann immer noch nicht nachvollziehen, warum dieses Hotel vier Sterne bekommen hat! Im Premium Zimmer gibt es nicht mal ein Minibar beziehungsweise ein kleines Kühlschrank! es gibt nur zwei Aufzüge für geschätzt über 1000 Gäste und jeden Tag haben wir mindestens 20 Minuten Zeit verloren, um mit Aufzug hoch und runter zu fahren. Wenn man die Frage hat, muss man an Rezeption auch in eine mindestens zehnminütige Schlange einstellen. Hotel selbst hat mir eigentlich gefallen und die Lage war perfekt.

Overall a decent stay. The kettle and coffee machine both leaked. Both days the soap dispenser in the shower wasnt filled and I was surprised there wasn't conditioner available. Long waits for the elevators at times. I'm not sure the hotel was worth what we paid for it.
