"This is the second stay at BW had a Hugh family gathering in July where they supported 25 family members for a retirement party stay. The pool was great for the little ones. Breakfast was so helpful. This time I forgot my purse. Left it in the breakfast nook! Freddie kept it at the desk till a family member picked it up! So grateful! We had a snow storm to deal with. Left then had to return for a few and the hotel was supportive! "
