Check in was almost impossible. The clerk was very difficult to work with and it took an hour and a half to finalize the deposit and parking fee. This should have been settled prior when the room was paid for on line before arrival.

March 31st stay was fine. April 5th stay had a noisy youth dance group staying that checked in late at night on the 3rd floor with slamming doors over 50 times and talking in hallways between 11pm and 2am in the morning. I guess some sort of socializing and partying between different rooms. Another elderly guest had to move her room due to noise. Called 3 times to front desk and they tried addressing situation suggesting group go down to lobby instead of disturbing other guests which the group didn’t listen to the hotel staff. Security came as well which they ignored. Blaming more the irresponsible chaperones for not disciplining and controlling the disrespectful students from disturbing other guests. Hotel refunded our room upon checkout the next day. In fairness the hotel tried to stop the noise of the dispicable teenage behavior. We are parents of teenage boys so we understand the teenage behavior, but that doesn’t excuse the noisy and disrespectful behavior in the late hours.
