      Great location and clean, comfortable room.

      We really enjoyed our stay but were a little confused as to why were put into the Kensington next door? The photos on the site are not of the Kensington and we only booked because of the awesome looking pool area and were a disappointed that the Kensington pool area was the size of the average house pool. In saying all of that, we loved it and the room was clean, comfortable and quiet, we were just a little annoyed about the pool issue, but everything else was amazing. The location is great with cinemas and eateries with 500mtrs and the Strand only a 5 minute drive away, we will certainly be back but I think they need to make it clear about the adjacent hotel when you book so that there are no surprises and clarify where you will actually be staying, like I said, everything else was great.

      Although quite modern the unit was quite banged up and some of the furniture needs replacing - badly peeling leather on bedhead for example.

      Great location , great service, rooms are becoming worn, unmaintained. I had to request my family be relocated due to the aircon tripping the fuse box every couple of minutes. The apartment we were relocated to had issues too. Main bedroom aircon didn’t work, forcing us to sleep in the lounge area. It’s a shame, really enjoy staying there, but probably won’t be back until it has a refurbish. Staff were awesome though.
