Good location, mislead by what to expect with 'supior room'. Constant plumping and thin walls. Friendly and accomodating staff, welcoming venue, resort feel.

I am sorry to hear your room was not up to expectations and I have passed on this feedback to our maintenance manager to look further into the plumbing with this room type.
