The property is good with modern decor and styling however it could of been cleaner, the dishwasher looked as if it hadn't been cleaned inside for quite awhile.

Unit is starting to show age Dry wouldn’t work Carpets need a good clean very small TV But is in a great location

Roomy apartment, clean, walk to CBD. Minor maintenance required on our room but staff responsive. 24 hr on-site caretaker.

We wanted to see the V8s and this property was in the perfect location. Only 5 minute walk to Gate 1 entry.

My Go-To Hotel
The only hotel I go to now in Townsville! Amazing staff, super clean and they even gave me a free upgrade of my room after being there a few times, I love this hotel! I forgot some items last time and they saved them, and were in my room when I arrived next. I appreciated this so much as the items weren’t cheap!

Excellent Hotel
Stayed here for the first time and loved it. Super clean and the lady on reception was amazing and helpful. The cleaning crew saw me coming out my room and asked if everything was ok with the room, you can really tell they take pride in their work and work to a high standard. I booked a one bedroom apartment. Room was super spacious with lots of storage space and a big balcony. Close to everything you need in Townsville. I stay in Townsville a lot and usually hotel hop but I think I’ve found my new regular. I have already booked to stay again.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Room was very comfortably appointed. Only complaint is the mattress could do with replacing.

Enjoyable stay
Reception staff were excellent, friendly and helpful. Extra points to Paula who went out of her way to help me. I enjoyed staying there - the amenities were home from home, brilliant shower and the bed comfortable. My only complaint is that the settee was disgustingly dirty and stained/

The staff were very friendly and the property is in a good location. The room was a great layout but the carpets were disgusting, mould in the showers and the air conditioners were full of mould. The washing machine didn’t spin on some cycles. We did leave stuff in the room and the staff called to let us know and everything was there.

The beds, bedrooms and showers huge. Couldn't watch Netflix as there was a fault. But had what you needed although adding salt and pepper sachets would be huge bonus.

We got locked out of our room at around 5pm, my phone, car keys, wallet, shoes and everything were locked in there. We tried calling the after hours number on the front desk but couldn’t get through. Lucky we had friend staying at the same place to be able to use their phone. We tried calling for over 3 hours with no luck. We tried locksmiths who all couldn’t help. If we didn’t have friends there we also wouldn’t have even had a phone to call. There needs to be alternative numbers and also a phone at reception for after hours. We finally got back into our room after almost 4 hours. I feel really upset with this, all we got as an apology was 4 out of date packets of chips 😰 On another note, our room wasn’t very clean and there was lint all over the walls from the dryer. The smell from the bin shoot was horrible and the car spaces were so small it was hard to get our luggage in and out. There was hair all through the bathroom that didn’t belong to us. I wasn’t very happy with our stay.
