This hotel met or exceeded my expectations in most every way. The included breakfast was much better than most. All of the hotel was very clean and the staff were present, friendly and helpful. The only negative was that the pillows were to big and firm for my comfort.

Convenient location but...

Pros: The hotel is in close proximity to Towson University. Clean rooms. Very nice staff. Decent price.
Cons: Breakfast buffet food. Elevator blowing hot air in August. Floor so sticky in breakfast area that my flip-flop stuck to the floor and came off!
Checked in hotel after two days of moving my daughter from PA into her new apartment in Towson. My husband & I were extremely tired and it was after 10:00 PM. Got off the elevator on the 5th floor & was immediately hit by the scent of marijuana. Put pillows at the bottom of our door to block the smell. Just settled into bed when the person in the room next door cranked up their "music". There had to be a stereo in that room...the bass couldn't have come from the TV. The same song over & over again. Contacted the front desk, gentleman was very nice & somehow had the person in the next room turn down the volume to an inaudible level. At 5:00 AM, "music" playing at a loud volume again for at least a 1/2 hour before they either checked out or passed out.

The only thing that could've been better was the complementary breakfast... but honestly would you expect a complementary breakfast to be good... no. The hotel was awesome and a great place to stay. Very clean and very respectful staff.

Very nice for the price!

I was pleasantly surprised with this hotel. It was very nice. We normally stay in a higher level hotel but this was very close to the lacrosse fields that my son was playing on for the week so we chose this one. We were in a king suite with two separate rooms and a nice kitchenette. It was very clean and comfortable.I was surprised to find that a Best Western had a nice lobby bar! The free breakfast was great and the attendants there were super nice. They always had cold beverages and coffee free in the lobby, sometimes fresh fruit and sometimes fresh baked cookies! The staff at the front desk were very nice also. There is no restaurant open after breakfast inside the hotel and you can't walk to any other food so we had to Uber to lunch or dinner, But there is a very nice town center close by with a movie theater. It's also very close to downtown Towson where you can walk around, shop and eat. My only complaint is that no matter how hard I tried they would only leave us three towels and we had five people in the room. They would even take away the extra ones that I picked up at the desk. I'm not sure why.

Basic but fine for a one-night stay

Very basic hotel. Clean enough but would benefit from some updating. For example, tub/shower seemed clean but the chipped porcelain made it less appealing. No lotion, tiny bars of soap, and near-empty canisters of hand soap and shower gel. The bed was hard-ish but not a problem. Quiet air conditioner was a plus. Good for a one-night stay. Breakfast was adequate and served in a nice room. Quiet and safe area.

Very uncomfortable bed

The bed was too firm for my wife and it was uncomfortable. We had to buy an air mattress for her as there were no other rooms available to try.

I have no complaints. It's easy to find and the rooms are spacious and clean. One suggestion. Provide a USB port on the desk for the phones and tablets.
