Good experience

Check in was easy and flexible. They have activity tours to Batur mount which is a must. Food was not as good as we expected it always arrived cold. Staff enters our villa a proper permission. Best part by far was the hotspring private pool we stayed at the pool for hours

Horrible hotel avoid

It's a haunting place, we accidentally booked it and found about 2 more guests in the whole hotel, it was scary to be almost alone in that place, hotel is not maintained at all, very dirty below average place. Staff was okay. Breakfast was in room and very brief, was had to do breaky again from outside.

Cons: Staff need training.
Location: You can climb the mountain, but I did not time to do this.
Location is fabulous - great having your own private warm (warm thermal water comes out of the feed - water cools once in pool) pool one step from bedroom. Very tranquill next to the lake. Great outdoor lounge and Bathroom. Food choices very ordinary. Staff were hopeless - had to ask three times to arrange a driver. First 2 times they said they would come back to me and did not, 3rd time I went to reception and stayed until they organised it. Then wanted to charge me what I thought was very expensive for a driver to Lovina - I got that reduced.
