"Die Sauberkeit hat zu wünschen übrig gelassen..Schimmelige Orangenschalen,schmutziges Geschirr,Deckenlampen mit Mücken,Flecken an den Wänden..die Whirlwanne war nicht funktionsfähig,Fernseher funktionierten nicht,Wlan war eine Katastrophe,Betten waren nicht ganz so bequem. Das Auto konnten wir direkt vor der Ferienwohnung parken,das war gut. Die Lage war toll. Bahnanbindung sehr nah und auch Supermärkte,Apotheken und Restaurants waren sehr zentral. Das war wirklich gut."

"Pros: Der Check-in war super einfach und entspannt. Die Gastgeber sind sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Die Unterkunft war sauber und gepflegt. Man hatte alles nötige was man braucht. Kurz zu uns wir haben einen Generationenkurzurlaub gemacht, Oma mit Enkeln und Urenkel plus Hund. Die Lage bietet sich sich optimal an. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten bieten sich an und auch der See ist Fußläufig erreichbar. Einen Moorerlebnispfad gibt es auch. Wer Ruhe und Idylle bevorzugt ist hier genau richtig."

"Out in the countryside, Not many people! The spa was a sauna... Not much of spa for a Nordic person. Used to have massage but not any longer. Spa would be bath possibilities... great bar and restaurant. "

"We arrived at 5:15 and there wasn’t anyone to check us in. The property description said the reception would be staffed. We had the get a construction worker to call the number that was on the door. The property was under construction. It was very noisy when we arrived. The rooftop terrace was not finished. The rooms had very basic amenities. When we asked for soap to wash our hands in the bathroom, we were told there was no soap. Very unsanitary. In the pictures, coffee and tea packets were shown but none were in our room. There were no hangers in the closet, and no trash can in the bathroom. Also, please make a note that rooms do not have air conditioning. But even though the description says a no smoking premises, people were smoking near the door and the smell carried down the hallway. I would not stay here again."

Spa services were not as advertised, and had to be booked an hour in advance, and were not the same hours as listed - closing at 6PM instead of 9PM, with massage having to be booked even further in advance.
