The bed, side chair and sheets were not good. The shower head did not work and the glass shower walls leaked onto the floor on both bathroom and bedroom.

Minimal, beautiful design. Love my room overlooking the sea and hearing the waves crashing against the shore made for a very good night’s sleep. On site garage for just 8EU per night is a plus.

Modern hotel in selinunte.
A modern hotel in selinunte! Perched on a hill, the views from the room is amazing. I think it is one of the newer hotels around the area. The rooms are clean and comfortable. The junior suite’s balcony is huge. The staff is friendly and courteous. Breakfast is on the top floor, so it’s breakfast with a view. The town is small, so you can walk to anywhere around it, even to the archipelago to visit the ruins. But be prepared to climb so steps! Or just gentle slopes if you follow the roads. There is a really amazing pizza place just in the next building, so do try it out!

The staff goes out of their way to make your stay as enjoyable and as convenient as possible. The rooms are large and comfortable, the views from the restaurant are spectacular, and the food is excellent for its price.

Nice balcony but not much else
Nice balcony view of the ocean & the temple at Selinunte in the distance. Room was spacious. Otherwise, bed was rather uncomfortable. The sink in the bathroom & the shower drained very poorly. AC did not work, room was very stuffy. No drinks in the minibar. WiFi worked well in the room, not accessible in the lobby. Free parking was available in the general area. A few restaurants near the water were accessible within an easy walk. Would choose another place to stay next time.

Very good place to stay
We had a very good room in this Hotel. The breakfast was plentiful and with a nice view of the sea and an old temple. The hotel stays in a quiet area and near the beach. Plenty of archeological ruins nearby. We like to recommend this hotel to other people.

Nice Hotel near beach and Ruins
Very clean, modern hotel with very accommodating staff. Perfect location, good breakfast. Our only problem was shower only worked with handheld, not overhead. Staff very nice about it but weren't able to fix. We were just there one night, so not big deal. Parking very convenient for extra 5 €. Easy walk to beach and restaurants

Nice hotel
It appeared that we were the only guests in the hotel (travelling in low season) but the staff went out of their way to make us feel comfortable. The front desk staff arranged a dinner reservation for us at a nearby restaurant (Boomerang) that provided us with one of the most enjoyable experiences of the trip so far.

A good hotel in a good location
In the middle of Marinella Selinunte, this hotel is close to excellent beaches (they offer free shuttle services but it's only 700 meters to the reserve) and also an easy walk to the magnificent archeological park. Our room had a balcony overlooking the town and the port. Lots of eating options in town, as well as in hotel.

Great hotel close to the Archeological Site
I got into Marinella di Selinute and did not notice until the next morning that there was a good view of the major temple on the archeological site from the breakfast room of the hotel. The hotel is modern and very clean.

Too bad for the other hotel guests
Ugh, we unfortunately stated here when the hotel was essentially rented out to a party. It was horribly loud and the walls are paper-thin. Another separate couple had similar experience. The hotel manager was very helpful and deducted a bit from the bill, but they frankly shouldn't have booked any other guests. Other than the inability to sleep, everything was fine. Good location to walk to the ruins and a nice view of the ocean.

The hotel was pleasant and well situated
Overall the hotel was ok. Disappointed that we could only access the wifi in the reception area and not in our room and that the TV system needed updating so we could change the language setting. The menu was pretty much the same every day and we didnt feel good value for money.

Competent but not great plus some concerns
Hotel room was spacious and clean. Nevertheless, the building and rooms were dated. The exercise room was non-functioning, with virtually no equipment. The place was quite deserted for our early October stay. The surrounding neighborhood had nothing interesting to see or do. The woman at the reception desk sent us down the completely dark road beside the hotel some 300 meters to a pizza restaurant, but when we went there, the place was not open. Finally, our GPS had a hard time bringing us to the hotel.

Very nice and clean hotel in marinella di selinunte. Very helpful and english speaking receptionist. Free parking in the quiet street or cheap in garage (5eur) at least for a one night. Internet access with printing possibility in the hall and wifi is offered, however it didn't work in our phones. Walking distance from historical site and from the beach and the restaurants. A large balcony and the breakfast was more than a typical simple italian.

Friendly hotel in good central position
Very clean and comfortable room with a wonderful big balcony with views of the beach and harbour below. It took only a few minutes to walk down the steps from the hotel to the harbour and beach, with its' good choice of restaurants . The archaeological site at Selinunte was about 15 minutes walk away and a fascinating visit. Breakfast was a real bonus as this was served in the open air roof terrace with its great view of the sea and harbour below. There was lovely fresh fruit, croissants, bread , jams , cakes , cheeses, eggs, ham . This was one of the best parts of the day. We would also recommend the starter buffet in the hotel restaurant , for its good choice of tasty starters , although the choice of main course dishes was a little limited.

Close to all must see sights
The bus that we took from Palermo to Castelvetrano had written on the front of the bus Castelvetrano. We assumed that Castelvetrano was the final destination. When we reached Castelvetrano we were looking for the autobus Stazione. Before I knew it the bus was leaving town. The bus driver let us off at the next village..people at the train station phoned our hotel telling them we would be late. We told the receptionist we needed a taxi. When we arrived in Castelvetrano we found out later it was the owner of the hotel who picked us up to drive us 12 Kms. To Marinella y Selinumte

Room with biggest terrace ever
Wanted hotel to visit Selununte. Perfect location a hotel with a beautiful view of Marinella a lazy little fishing village. Go up to the roof to see the view of the Temple, it's amazingly just 500m away. The breakfast was adequate.... Full of vvv sweet things. Guess hotel is about 20 years old and is slightly warm but quite quite comfortable. Our terrace think Room 305 was huge and went around the corner and was as big again. Check in staff and everyone were very welcoming no problem and let us in the room early.

Very good location
This hotel was my second and third nights of a ten night stay in Sicily. The location was perfect, near to beach/ marina. Many restaurants/bars to visit in and around area, also nice and relaxed/ quiet. The breakfast was on rooftop terrace ( lift access) very good choice for breakfast. Also large area on roof for sun terrace with sun loungers. View of ancient ruins. The room was very comfy with fridge/ mini bar. Balcony facing sea and marina. Nice ground floor bar and dinning room, large and comfy reception area. Outside there is a large decking area overlooking sea with furniture to lounge around. Parking right outside door. Overall I was very happy to stay in this hotel, would have been happy to stay longer. Not expensive either.

Nice hotel in great location
This hotel was good value. We had a well-appointed room with a balcony and a side view of the sea. The hotel is contemporary in style, has a restaurant and underground parking (but beware - they charge 5 Euros a night for using it!). It was a great location for visiting the temples at Selinunte - within walking distance. If you don't want to eat in the hotel's restaurant in the evening, Marinella has plenty of great eateries of every price.

Great hotel, great time to visit
This hotel was first rate in many respects. The room was modern and spacious with a great view of the area. Shower was super! Parking was convenient and the hotel was relatively easy to find. The internet service worked well and the hotel staff was very helpful. Area around the hotel was peaceful and serene - due in large part to the time of our visit (early September). Dining at the hotel was also very good. Dinner was great and breakfast (incl. in rate) was good. Proximity to beach and archeological park were also pluses.

We stayed in mid November - just into the off-season. Hotel and town were deadly quiet, but that suited us as we were just using it as a convenient stop-over on a trip around the island. This was our first night in Sicily and less than an hour from Palermo airport by car which made it an excellent choice. Reception was efficient and had everything ready (adjoining rooms and cot bed set up), though we did have to struggle a little between our combined limited English / Italian - though that presented no trouble. Breakfast was good, made even better by the setting. The view from the roof top terrace was spectacular on a beautiful morning. We made good use of the nearby beach / sea (November water easily warm enough for our 22 month old to enjoy) and a walk around the nearby temples. Overall very good value and a great choice for our circumstances.

Convenience and comfort.
The Admeto is a stone's throw from the beach along a road with plenty of restaurants and bars (i.e., cafes); it is also walking distance to the eastern half of the Selinunte archaeological park (quite a hike to the western half, but you can take the shuttle or drive). The hotel rooms were modern, comfortable, and clean. I could throw open the doors to my small balcony and enjoy the sea air and ocean view from my bed. The service was excellent. I can't vouch for the experience, however, in high season. Even in September a couple of tour buses unloaded large groups at the hotel, and I suspect that during the summer the place is hopping. Nonetheless the hotel staff handled the group efficiently, and my only regret is that I did not stay an extra night.

Horrible encounter! Racist hotel staff!
My wife and I (an interracial couple) were treated with complete disrespect by the front desk staff as soon as we arrived at this hotel. This hotel is located in southern Sicily, a very hot region (95+ degrees F), and we were given a room with non functioning air conditioning. I checked a room down the hallway of a caucasian couple, whose air conditioning system was working very well. After immediately mentioning the problem with our air conditioning system to the front desk staff, we were told it would be resolved by the time we returned from dinner. We went to dinner, and upon our return to the hotel, nothing had been done about the air conditioning. The front desk clerk said that she would "look into it." I asked for the manager, and she said, "he will not be available until tomorrow morning." She then offered us four other rooms (all without functioning air conditioning!) and was able to manipulate the computer system from the front desk so that each of the rooms air conditioning systems would not work when we arrived in the room to test the air conditioning. I then insisted on her giving us a room in a different hotel, which surprisingly, she seemed willing to do, and we proceeded to pack our bags. The other hotel front desk clerk was made aware of our situation, provide us with probably the worst room in the hotel, and since it was getting late we had no choice but to suffer through the night with very little sleep. The staff are blatant racists.
