"Nice hotel"
Hotel was clean and tidy, bathroom was mould free. Room was a little dated but comfortable for our trip. Bed was very comfy. A little noisy as room was at from of hotel next to road, only real down side was room was rather warm at night Would stay again.

"General"
Hotel is quite a bit out from the city but it was a nice walk in, lots of cheap restaurants, coffee shops close by. Metro and Bus is nearby too if you don't fancy the walk. Lady that checked us in was very helpful and friendly. Only issue was the food and service in the Hotel restaurant. We decided on the last night to dine in and it was not a good experience, had to go out for pizza at the end of the meal. Ordered bread and water - neither delivered to table. Wrong wine served. I couldn't eat my main. It was a pity because otherwise the hotel was lovely.

Pocket Guide: Trastevere, Janiculum Hill Spa Hotels

Across the River Tiber, Trastevere is a well-established 'boho chic' quarter, full of local character. The patchwork of tiny, cobbled streets houses many bars, good restaurants and buzzing nightlife spots. There is also a treasure trove of medieval churches. In its own piazza, the beautiful Santa Maria in Trastevere has shimmering golden mosaics and was probably Rome's first Christian basilica, founded in 222 AD.
