November stay, 5 nights.
Housekeeping-fabulous. Morning coffee-well done. Building itself-issues -walls paper thin, could hear everything next door. -next door guests partying until after 11 when I was jet lagged and tired. Tried to call the front desk but the phone was dead. Replaced the next day. Heating and fan controls in the room did not work. Surges of hot water while taking a shower.

Excellent.
The hotel is good, however for 4stars it needs to be really spotless or cleaner. The shower gel is missing, but its not a big deal. There were no tea bags since i drink only tea maybe that's way i spotted:) Again no complaints;) The location is good. All in all we enjoyed staying, would definitely recommend the hotel and come back again. The staff were very friendly. Thank you guys. G.Turrell.

Comfortable and Clean
Comfortable hotel with friendly staff. Good selection at breakfast, although no change during 12 days! Approx 25 min walk into town centre but regular bus service. Not too much nearby but was very handy for work, as it’s situated close to industrial estate.

Very happy with our stay
Very clean room, pillows were comfortable, bathroom was modern and clean, loved the view from the window. Receptionist was nice. Very pleased with our stay in Linz at this hotel. Price was good considering we booked half an hour before we arrived at the hotel.

Overall, I had a great experience, and the hotel staff were very nice. However, when I checked out, the receptionist was very rude and curt. If you want return customers, I would suggest better customer service.

Impeccably clean hotel with friendly and helpful staff. Great breakfast with wide variety of food. We didn't like the location- it is a bit out of town. Easy bus transfer to city centre and main train station though.

New property. Sparkling clean. Modern finishes, Reception staff pleasant. Location is on river but is next to a big construction zone as a big overpass is being built. Accessibility OK if you have a car. Not very walkable for sightseeing. No restaurants in vicinity. A bus stop is 400 mt away. Website should give directions for travellers arriving by train or bus ie. take bus 27 going to Fernie*** and get off at ****. We spent more than 2 hours trying to find our way there. A very bad start to our stay

Suited our Needs
Yes this is an older hotel, but it's location just off the highway, yet only a very pleasant 20 minute walk to the Old Town, made this an excellent choice for us. The room and bathroom were very clean. The bed shook every time someone closed the door in the hallway, but that is not the hotel's fault but the guest's. This may not be for everyone but we felt it was a very fair price for value received.

nice hotel overlooking the river
near the motorway, quite a walk into town, nothing in the exact area.. restaurant has good views over the river. rooms (refurbished) were nice, showers were good, but only one english tv channel (usa news). parking cost extra, but limited free kerb parking nearby. nice staff. comfy firm bed. ideal business stopover.

Nice hotel close to the city centre.
Nice hotel, clean, good and quit location, close to the Danube river. By walk besides the Danube river it takes aprox. 20 min. to get to the city centre. Breakfast was awesome and tasty, staff very polite. I can recommended this hotel. We were satisfied, we will come back to this hotel again.

Nice hotel but noisy
Stayed here for one night while cycling along the Donau. Hotel and room were in good condition and with good shower and WiFi reception. Breakfast was avilable for 16E, a bit too pricey. Did not have a good sleep as the room was hot and stuffy and with the window open there was a tremendous amount of traffic noise from a busy highway. Twenty minute walk to historic centre and shopping. Right on the Donau Radweg.

Very average hotel
I've never stayed at a hotel that doesn't provide tea and coffee in the room. The overall condition of the hotel is pretty run down but the food was good and the hotel was reasonably priced.

relatively unfriendly pople. Do not really bother about the guest wishes. We had reserved a business room with a queen size bed…….they gave us a business room with two single beds and said these are queen size….ridiculous explanation. They made no effort to comply with the standard as defined in our reservation, just did not care.-Breakfast buffet: absolutely not four start hotel quality, may be one star……limited choices, not all fresh….. will never take that hotel again

The hotel was a bit disappointing. The rooms were outdated and needed renovation. The hotel is out of the center and not so well connected. Nevertheless, parking was quite expensive.

Not recommended for business or pleasure.
We spent two nights in a business-class room (the room type that offers air conditioning at this property). The shower in the first room did not drain at all, and instead flooded the entire bathroom--something that we discovered at 8p in the evening. It took the front desk staff over an hour and a half to "find another room that could accommodate us for both evenings of the stay", something that seems odd, given that their vacancy rate on the evening in question was over fifty percent. The lack of maintenance personnel on-site was surprising to us for a hotel of its size, and the lack of prompt or effective service was highly disappointing. The bar staff was highly discourteous and refused to provide drink service during operating hours (5:30p). The property is also older, and in need of some upgrades in the common area. Additionally, it is rather distant from the "tourist" area, such as there is, in Linz, and is instead located next to two shipyards. We would not recommend the hotel for a pleasure (tourist stay), or business stay--there are many locations much closer to the city center, and with better business facilities.

Nice location close to river and not too far from supermarket and fast food. Food was average but reasonable value for money paid. Hotel is yield and needs to be refurbished. Beds are bananas

Good hotel nothing around the area.
When we checked in I asked for some good restaurants around and was told to check out the hotel restaurant and I said that was great but what about other restaurants in the area. I was told there were none and the best place to eat was the hotel restaurant. I asked for shopping and they pointed me to that so of course found great places to eat there. It gave me a sour taste when they kept pointing me back to the hotel restaurant. We did eat there once and had dessert there also and it was good but they should still provide other locations to eat other than just the hotel.
