This is a great place with a pretty good staff. There was only one young lady on friday morning that must have been busy because when we asked about directions to the mission peninsula she wasn't really helpful. Having said that, the lady serv8ng breakfast was very helpfuland gave us great directions and even had them print a map for us.

Clean, neat with a friendly staff. I do not recall if posting said breakfast was included. I was surprised to find a small continental breakfast. Unfortunately we have a gf person in our group. Their only breakfast options were a hard boiled egg or an apple.

We really enjoyed our stay and would definetly stay again! The hotel was very clean and the room was very comfortable. Breakfast was pretty good and although we really enjoyed the pool we felt like the pool had way too much chlorine and we would have enjoyed a workout room. For these reasons I am giving it 4 stars but it was a great value!

Booking the place was terrible, and on top of the management was lacking delivery message skills were through the public. Needless to say I was awoken with a unsafe condition.

Milan; as was explained to you, the hotel does not tolerate threats made towards staff or guests at the hotel. Thus, law enforcement was called and this reservation was not only canceled but fully refunded to you as it was the decision of the hotel management to cancel your reservation. Could be fraudulent they seem to Hobby had third-party apps that bought the place that you may want to call for any additional tips of caution that they have ran into other previous. Yes, I have ran into a couple of hiccups, and really was not that satisfied.

Myself and 3 grandchild booked a room for 1 night and was so happy with our check in that Brandy did for us that we ended up staying another night. Our room was clean and quiet. Those big waffles at breakfast were great.

The room was fine, pool was nice. Hot tub jets didn't all work and I had to kill a whole lot of ants in our bathroom. However once we notified them of the ants they came right out and sprayed and they didn't come back.

I enjoyed the friendly staff upon entering and checking in. The only down fall for me was the pool, we enjoyed it but thought it could use a cleaning….I definitely will stay here again

Couldn't really swim long or go in hot tub long. Chlorine was very strong. Eyes were watering from it. But otherwise the stay was nice. Staff was very friendly including housekeeping staff.
