We liked the fact that there was shuttle service to the airport since we had a very early flight.

This is a great place to stay. Out of the five other hotels we have stayed at in TC, this was the best so far. The staff is friendly and helpful, it is pet friendly, the pool is nice, the breakfast is great. Not a negative thing to say about the Best Western Plus!

I was pleasantly surprised with this facility. Everyone was friendly and accommodating. Usually "pet friendly" hotels are sub optimal and charge a huge "pet fee" I will definately stay here again!

We’ve stayed here before and really enjoy the staff and location of the hotel. There’s a great breakfast and warm cookies at night with coffee. The only downside is that the the sitting chair in our room, both times, is old, outdated and stained up pretty good. We never sat in the chair at all and this could easily be replaced with new ones. Other than that, the staff is excellent and friendly and they are pet friendly, a big plus.

The ladies at the desk were all so sweet! Someone did a great job of hiring. The rooms were nice and clean and the beds were comfy. Good experience.

Would have been 5 stars in all categories except there was a minor problem with the toilet on the 2nd day. It was fixed right away. The staff is friendly and helpful. Warm cookies in the evening are a nice touch.

The hotel was fine. It’s an older hotel but it seems they do their best to keep it clean but only so much to do. The breakfast was good. The room with the spiral staircase and balcony was nice. The giant skylight made the room very bright though, by 7am.

The best of Best Western
This was by far the best, Best Western we have stayed at. the friendliness was outstanding. we stayed a week so we don't have service to the room unless we need something. breakfast was outstanding with all the choices you have. One thing we really liked at this location was you had to use your card to enter the building where there was a hallway to get to your room. just one added protection of security. We will most certainly stay here again.

Staff is so kind. I love that there is a shuttle options when wanting to go down town. Indoor pool is definitely a plus, and of course the breakfast and amazing mid day cookies!

Front desk staff were very helpful and friendly. Breakfast was very good. Over our four day stay housekeeping NEVER cleaned the room or even brought fresh towels even though the front desk noted daily cleaning! Paying over $250 a night I expect DAILY housekeeping. Had to go to the front desk for towels every day and they were stingy with them, women need two towels, one for hair, one for body. Had to visit the front desk for toilet paper, ridiculous!

Nice looking hotel, appealing from the outside. Friendly staff, great breakfast options. The bed was uncomfortable and the shower was a poor design.
