Wonderful hotel, wonderful stay!

Our stay was great! We had a wonderful, large room, with a very nice updated bathroom. The staff was terrific, very attentive and friendly. We stayed for an extra night due to the snow, and they were able to keep us in the same room and really treated us well. The breakfast is plentiful and has a large variety, there is something for everyone. The pool and hot tub area was great, perfect temperature and very clean. This was a terrific experience. The staff was even out scraping off winshields the morning after the big storm. That's service!

Quick get away!

We had a wonderful time visiting TC and the Cherry Tree Inn was fantastic! Loved our room and the view! The staff was courteous and helpful!

Great stay at the Cherry Tree!

My daughter and I stayed here for 3 nights in the Leelanau Suite. The room was roomy and comfortable. We used the workout room and outdoor hot tub and were very pleased with both. Breakfasts and other amenities were great!

Pros: Location and helpful, friendly staff. Free breakfast was an added bonus.
Cons: Insufficient lighting in the room. There was a light on a nightstand on only one side of the bed, making it impossible for two people to read in bed.
We were very pleased with the location and the beautiful view from our waterside room. The HVAC unit worked well, but was noisy.

Getaway

Staff was very helpful/friendly. It was nice having cookies at the front desk to help with that sweet tooth. The TV/Reading room had teas, coffee and hot choc at all hours for free. The continental breakfast was ok. They kept all items full. They did need to throw out the fruit as when I took a bite it had started to ferment. Each day they changed up their hot item. The pool area was nice. We liked the hot tub. It was just at the right temp. The one elevator was slow. Our room was ok nothing special. The floors could have been vacuumed/cleaned better and the cleaning staff never check the mini frig as there was some really old pizza let in it. The view from the 4th floor was the best part of the stay.

Nice hotel by the bay

Cons: Softer beds
Location: Great location along the bay
Our rooms were clean and comfortable. I loved their hot tub! The breakfast was also quite tasty. It was a great experience. Will definitely go back!

This has been my daughter's favorite hotel since she was little. She is now 19 and it's still her favorite.
