Good location and convenience.Posted Oct 10, 2017
I visit my son in Interlochen school for the arts. It is in the middle of the school and traverse city which makes it easy to go both. The room is very clean and comfortable. The room size is bigger than normal standard hotel room. It is much better than the similar rate hotel in the vicinity. We didn't get time to try the free breakfast. Overall it is pretty good choice for us to come back again when we visit my son next time.

Great rooms, good locationPosted Sep 28, 2017 on Orbitz
Loved the room. Breakfast was good too. Checked in pretty late, but that was no problem. No one was at the reception, so I called the hotel phone. The hotel employee arrived within 2 minutes and checked me in.

The hotel was not worth the $170.00. It's not that it was dirty or unclean, it's just getting run down from old age. I guess That's going price for a hotel in Traverse City in the summer.

wont stay againPosted Sep 11, 2017 on Hotels
i have been in better motels, the bed was like trying to sleep on a pile of stones, the pillows were bulky, not at all comfortable ,the air conditioning was making whistling noise and loud humming all nite
Ehhh! Not going back here!Posted Sep 5, 2017 on Hotels
While hotel room somewhat quiet ( people who came in late at night made a lot of noise), and the breakfast was okay - the hallways were not clean, some of the lights were burnt out, and the beds were made on the first day as if someone had sat on them. We did complain and the room cleanliness got better, but the front desk was very apathetic about the condition of the hallways and the noise. Also is not centrally located for the area but I guess that's what happens when you look for a cheaper place in the height of the summer travel. Were surprised about the cleanliness since we had stayed at this chain in New England and it was always good.

There was hair in the tub and sink that was not ours. There was mold throughout the bathroom. The sink did not drain very well. For the price we paid, I would not recommend the stay. The breakfast "buffet" was very skimpy.

Beds are badPosted Aug 23, 2017
No sleep. Bed wires poke you, sore body, no sleep! I can't believe a hotel like this is in business! Beds are absolutely horrible. I do not recommend anyone to stay there when their main focus is to sleep in a bed. Isn't that why we stay there?
