Pleasant experience

Pros: What's not to like?
Cons: Magnifying mirrors in the bathroom for older people with bad eyes to put on makeup
Location: Suburban area, Easy access to the casino by Motel shuttle. Many wineries, shops and great food.
All the employees, including bar and restaurant staff were very pleasant and accommodating. Noah and Caleb were very sweet , pleasant and helpful. Very pleased.

Iconic Property - Needs some TLC

Pros: The price.
Cons: Attention to detail. Replace the carpet in the lobby, add some tall green trees like ficus to the space so it looks more inviting and welcoming.
Our room was in the older circa 1980, 6-story portion of the hotel, not in the circa 1986 tower. The rooms were updated in 2014, we were told. Though "nice" it wasn't the quality that I expected. The main lobby at check in had very worn carpet, yes it was dirty giving the entire property a worn out dated feel. The room did not have a refrigerator, but they did deliver one when I asked for one. The bathroom was very small and the sink was VERY low, not the standard height of today's construction. During the renovation it appeared as though the same tile remained in the shower area, the only thing new was the bright white caulk in the corners that did not match the rest of the grout. The room was clean and the bed was comfy and it sufficed for the one night stay. But unless you are there to golf on The Bear, it's twice removed from everything that one goes to the Traverse City area for.

Great location, the shuttle bus to the beach was a short drive to the beach. I loved the pool by the beach, kayak and sup rental, and an outdoor eatery. The indoor pools were great for adults and kids. The outdoor hot tubs just for the adults was a plus!

Close to the wineries

Had a great time At wineries. Disappointed with the hotel. Hotel Needs to be updated and given a good cleaning. General public areas not very clean some areas were run down. Staff not very friendly and not helpful

Pros: スタッフの対応が良い。プライベートビーチも良いと思います。
Cons: 部屋のファンの音、蜘蛛の巣の排除。窓にも蜘蛛がたくさんいて、きれいな景色が台無しです。
Location: トラバースシティーまで少し遠いですが、問題ない距離だと思います。
デラックスルームという部屋に泊まりましたが、どの辺がデラックスなのかわかりませんでした。部屋の設備には浴槽ありと記載があったのですが、部屋には付いていませんでした。ファンの音も気になる大きさ(ファンを切ることはできません)で、蜘蛛の巣のようなものも一か所ありました。 スタッフの対応についてはとてもよかったと思います。

This resort offered everything for a quiet retreat, you did not have to leave resort great golf spa restaurants and casino bars and yes,, shopping!! I say go, and bunk in for a weekend, you won't be sorry!

Clean, quiet

The room was clean but not very updated and very simple. The hotel is not located very close to downtown Traverse City. There is an a lot to do other than golf nearby. Staff was very friendly and helpful

We have been working on renovations of our Tower rooms and we strive to keep the noise levels to a minimum to avoid disturbing our guests. We are located about 15 minutes from downtown Traverse City and it can be a blessing and a curse. It affords us the space to offer, 3 golf courses, an onsite Spa, Beach Club, multiple onsite restaurants as well as our Gallery of Shops but our guests that are without cars sometimes need to take our shuttle to Turtle Creek Casino, the airport or other destinations.
