This unit has been upgraded as of July 2016 with all new appliances, new furniture, paint etc! Master bedroom with private bath has a king pillow top bed, new HDTV, and a beautiful sitting area to enjoy a morning coffee with a view of West Bay! Second bedroom has a queen bed and a private full bathroom. Queen sleeper sofa in living room accommodates 2 extra guests. This unit is less than a 5 minute walk to all of downtown Traverse City!
Air-conditioned accommodations at this condo offer DVD players and coffee/tea makers. Rooms open to balconies. Kitchens offer refrigerators, stovetops, microwaves, and cookware/dishes/utensils. Bathrooms include shower/tub combinations and hair dryers.

Great location!
We had a wonderful stay! Close to everything that TC has to offer. Michael was very easy to communicate with when I had any questions. The listing info was on point! Added bonus was the lovely balcony facing the bay ❤️

It was a nice and pleasant stay better than a hotel. They provided reasonable amenities. I forgot to bring my keurig cups, so make sure you bring some with you because there is none provided. They do have coffee for the coffee maker, I just don't like coffee. Not a deal breaker though. Floors upstairs creaked. All in all we would come back.
