The staff is outstanding! There were a few hiccups in the room but the staff was on top of it immediately and resolved. We added a day after the original reservation and they easily and effortlessly arranged so we could stay in the same room. I would stay here again just because of the staff.
Staff friendly. Only negative -pool is where everyone walks by- in front of reservation desk. However we did not want to use pool anyway.
First let me say I stayed 3 days and this is the first time I have had to ask for clean towels wash clothes and bedding. People kept proping the back door open so they could smoke and this left entrance unsecured. Staff was freindly. Room was clean upon check in. I would stay again.
We were given a complimentary upgrade to a family suite; the pool and hot tub area was large, modern, and spotless; the staff was friendly and accommodating; the breakfast was worthy of a good restaurant. I would highly recommend this hotel.
