We had a wonderful stay at the Grand Traverse Resort. We were celebrating our anniversary and it was the perfect place. Great staff wonderful spa and comfortable rooms. This was our second stay at this resort and would definitely stay again.
Had a great stay, all the staff was friendly and helpful. The staff in the Spa were very friendly and knowledgable. There was a great view if the fall colors from our room :)
Good breakfast. Very friendly, helpful staff. Nice pool and very clean spa. WIFI was a little inconsistent, but no big deal for us. They let us check in early. Good coffee and cookies.
This was a very family friendly please. Very nice stay and great spa experience. Ask for Gretchen she was wonderful. The room was very nice but there was hair on the bathroom floor and a broken piece of glass on the nightstand. Other than that we enjoyed our stay.

Great hotel and location. Indoor and outdoor pools and spa's. Beach area nice and kept very clean. We had bad weather, so didn't use beach or outside pool.Book early to get the room you want.
The hotel is very clean and has a cozy lobby. It has a nice pool and very large hot tub/spa. There is also an arcade room. The beds and pillows are wonderful and comfy. The breakfast had no meat, but it had a nice array of cereal, breads and muffins, oatmeal, etc. We really liked the mini waffle ...
Rooms were not very clean, shower still had soap and hair from where a razor was sitting, ground-in dirt on floor in shower. Found garbage on floor beside bed. Great location and inexpensive this time of year.
Receptionist very knowledgable and friendlyBreakfast staff lacked any personality and did not greet or try to have any conversation at all.Spa was good, room a bit drab and dreary, although did have a door through to the inside and another to the outside.
Employees were very friendly, nice front desk, helpful staff held doors for my children and I. Room was awesome layout with double doors separating the two areas. Large very comfortable beds. Great patio beachfront view of sunrise and sunset! Room could have been cleaner. I know summer is rush time, ...
Everything about the hotel was nice. The pool and spa looked like they could have used a surface cleaning, but that's my only somewhat negative observation. We used both every day we were there and enjoyed them. The room was super clean and comfortable, the breakfast was nice and staff was friendly ...
