I apologize that you didn't enjoy your stay. It is our mission that every guest feels comfortable and enjoys their time with us. I have spoken with all staff and no one received any complaints from you during your 3 night stay Spiders are in no way related to bed bugs. Spiders in Northern Michigan can be an issue and we work with a pest control company that treats the outside of our building monthly to prevent what we can. We had maintenance check the sink in your room and found no issue with water pressure or draining. Keys can be problematic if they are placed in a wallet with a magnetic stripe or next to a phone. I have spoken with staff and watched camera feed to figure out the "fire in the parking lot" and the only thing I found was another guest had a charcoal grill in the bed of their truck and they were cooking on it. We welcome guests using grills during their stays as long as proper safety measures are being used. I offer my apologies to you and wish you well.
