The inn is near Suttons Bay. There is a great view of the lake and a small beach, with plenty of seating. The quality of the room didn't match the price for the room. The room was very shabby and looked half finished. Low quality linens, hair on the pillows when we arrived, a tub so old it was stained ...
The room without a view faced a very busy and noisy street. The refrigerator in the room was very noisy. Stains on chairs in the room could easily be removed. Otherwise, great breakfast and beds. Staff were very friendly.
Everything fine but had some difficulty with regulating heat sometimes cool air rather than warm air coming into room. Hope
We were only there one day everything was fine except the lady doing the breakfast was a very angry person
The couple that runs the bed and breakfast cook excellent breakfasts and they keep the house spotless. Also the view of lake Michigan is incredible.
Mostly the people that work there. I was traveling alone they made me feel safe secure. My room temperature control was petfect. Not too hot not too cold. The bed was perfect and tons of soft pillows. The T.V. set could be updated but its Traverse City i hardly spent any time in my room.
Homey atmosphere. Steps to the other floors from the lobby, fireplace in the sitting area. Pool toys. Hot coffee anytime. Walk out to the beach area.
The staff was very friendly and the room was very comfortable. Breakfast was alright and the cherry flavoured coffee was very good. Will definitely stay again
A small but highly efficient studio. Great location, great view. Clean with all the amenities you need.
