We could not find a place to stay around and we decided to book this hotel. We were not so convinced at the beginning since the pictures of the rooms were a bit dark and the bedsheets very old style. We had no better choice, so we decided to book it last minute. We arrived a few minutes after the booking, in the afternoon. The system could not find us and they asked us to wait in the lobby until they could find our booking. In the end we didn't have to wait that long and we got an upgraded room that had another floor with a sofa, it was like a duplex. The bedroom had lake views, and was brighter than in the pictures. The bed was very comfortable. We had internet in the room, some of the comments I read were saying that there was just internet in the common areas. Regarding the buffet breakfast, due to covid reasons you have to cue with the other guests and ask what you want to the staff, they will put it on your plate for you. Also you have to be careful where you sit, the tables were not reserved and we just sat in the first free table we saw. A few minutes later, when we already were eating, the waiter came and told us that this table was reserved for people that had booked also dinner. Since we had booked just 1 night with breakfast, we had move to another table immediately. Even if we already started eating our breakfast. It was very uncomfortable, we felt like we did something wrong. The table we got afterwards was smaller and no views. A clear downgrade. Not good CRM!
