The entire staff was exceptional!! Everyone was very polite, helpful and easy to work with. I kept extending my stay because of the great location, fabulous views and friendly accommodating staff!

We were here for a late winter break. This property hit the mark. It has been recently renovated. I'm not a nit picker so again it was very good. The only negative is the traffic noise from Gulf Blvd, but it is also entertaining. Didn't have too much interaction with staff, but when we did they were very accommodating. The public beach is a short 5 min. walk away and so are several restaurants. All in all a great spot.

It used to be a great place years ago …now it’s just a bunch of kids working there . They have terrible customer service skills . And the outside lounge chairs are absolutely awful! The are so uncomfortable. They also did away with the continental breakfast, which was very nice but they no longer offer it and I think that’s just terrible. The elevator was out and the bar is on the roof top, and it is so inconvenient to get to it. The stairs that go up there are so unsafe and are just an accident waiting to happen to someone.

The staff that was there was very nice and helpful. We arrived at around 8pm and our room was not ready. The lady at the front desk did her best to accomodate us and I appreciated her help, still she should have had more help. There was an odor in the hallway that was almost nauseating. I will not stay here again and I feel bad for the only employee who seemed to be working. The location was good.

I liked the hotel a lot and location was perfect. Right across public beach . I didn’t like that I had to pay $60.00 to park once I checked into hotel after paying $175.00 to stay the night . I was not happy about that .

Staff is very friendly and professional Amanda the manager is great, as are all the desk staff and housekeeping. They let you know up front that parking is $10/day for their lot but everything is walking distance from the hotel. Beach is right across the street. Restaurants are right up the road. John's Pass is about a 20 min walk or a shittle ride away. Bed was so comfy Will glady stay here again.

Such nice staff and cleaning people! The property was just what we needed. Nice pool area, across the street from the beach and within walking distance to most things, such as grocery stores and restaurants. Thank u for a fantastic stay!

Great location on Gulf Blvd as you can easily walk 1 mile to John's Pass or go south on Gulf to many restaurants. Room nice, private balcony, clean, not too much to complain about. Has rooftop bar but was only open certain times. Pool area clean. Front desk workers very nice. I'd stay again no problem!

Property is older. First room we were given the door was falling off its hinges. We got a different room and the sink in the bathroom was totally cracked. The location is great, right across from the public beach. They advertise as "pet friendly" but charge $100 extra for a dog! Plus they charge for praking which is ridiculous. Im paying to stay at your hotel, but i have to pay to park there?! This place is in need of a total renovation!

It was a great little spot. Wish we were able to stay longer than one night. It was a last minute decision so we will definitely book longer. Didn't get to enjoy the bar area or the great restaurants so excited to try that next time.

The elevator was not working for our 3 day stay and we were on the 3rd floor, the day hostess was rude and loud, the evening staff would except cash for snacks and the next night not excepting cash, did not offer any discounts for elevator being down and no help offered to help with luggage. The hotel had no continental breakfast like they had before but they had food available at a price if you were at the outside bar. We have stayed at this hotel numerous times before and the service was excellent. This will be our last which is unfortunate.

The room was clean, I love the upgrades to the rooms and the employees were great. We’ve stayed here a few times and things have only gotten better. Amanda and Adrian were amazing. We will definitely stay here again.

The staff seemed to be overwhelmed and when I had canceled my third night the first day I was there I kept getting a run a round and still have not received it… also my room was on the third floor and the elevator was broke the whole time I had to carry luggage all the way up the stairs with a injured knee with no help from staff

The staff their were all very nice. If we needed anything they were there to help. All the rooms were redone not to long ago we were told. Our room had a king bed and it was so comfortable, the pillows and comforter were just as soft. We also had big wall mount TV that was nice. We stayed on the 2nd floor with the marina view and saw some Dolphins even. There is a bar up on the roof from the 2nd floor that was real cool, ( open weather permitting ). The General Manager Amanda, made sure everything was good. We go to to Treasure Island ,Florida often, and we will stay there again !

Great: Loved the marina rooms. Beach was conveniently close across the street. Waffle House next door was great - staff very nice. Outdoor pool and hot tub were pristine and housekeeping cleaned very well. Not so great: 1. I was not aware of the $15/day parking fee until check in. Did not remember seeing it mentioned on Expedia when I booked. 2. Young (teens/20s) housekeeper who spoke Spanish was fairly rude to us after we spoke Spanish to her to request something. We only spoke Spanish to her because the other housekeeper did not understand English and gave us the wrong item initially. We did our best to remedy the communication problem but got rudeness in return.

The hotel was clean and in good walking distance to the beach and area entertainment/restaurants. The rooftop bar was nice, but way over priced. The hotel overcharged me and added in extra taxes from the original price and refused to explain the extra cost or reimburse. Then they charged me an additional $107.00 for not turning my room keys in, which I did and explained to them the exact time and front desk employee I had turned them in to.

Check in guy was very nice as was MOST of the front desk staff. One front desk gal had an excuse for everything. Location was perfect. Room had everything we needed but had an odor when we arrived. Had to buy some fabreze. Elevator was out the whole week we were there so we had to haul our things up to the 2nd floor. Cleaning staff was not friendly at all. Wouldn't even speak when we said hello to them.

TOWING-- AINT PLAYING-PUT PARKING PASS VISIBLE ON DASH. They go by Parking Pass, not Car plate. Paid for 3 nights parking, drove car, forgot to put Pass back on dash.
