"I was hesitant to stay here based on the reviews. But I must say I am GLAD I DIDN'T LISTEN! This was by far the best experience I've had all inclusive wise in a VERY long time. My wife & I enjoyed ourselves tremendously. We were treated so well by every staff we encountered. It was my wife's birthday and they showered her with so much love the both of us. So good we will be returning in July just because. Do not believe every review sometimes other's just weren't satisfied because 1 thing wasn't done. Our AC worked great, our room was nice with a nice view, we had 0 problems with guest services and every time we called for ANYTHING it was brought up in less than 30 minutes. So again this might have been because we treat people with respect. So to each it's own lol. SEE YOU IN JULY!!!"

"Jewel Grande was lovely. Really no complaints. Lots of walking but I didn’t mind getting my steps in each day ;-) food was quite good, no complaints there either…. Except maybe TOO MUCH sweets! Lots of delicious dessert and pastry options available all the time. Loved the little coffee shop. The spa was lovely too. I’d stay here again if I returned to Montego Bay.
