Booked reservation on Expedia for a king bed room. Arrived and no king bed rooms available. We were given 2 bottles of water for our “inconvenience”. Went to our 2 queen room and turned on lights and fan. Ceiling fan over bed was out of balance and made horrible noise when in operation. Our room was not prepped for our arrival. Temp in room was hot and no circulating air. Bits of paper and debris on carpeting. Walls, fixtures and sofa worn, scuffed, stained; not what you expect from a Hilton property. There was no informational binder in room for pool hours, exercise room, local restaurants, breakfast times, etc. No extra blankets/linens in room either for a room that had 2 queen beds and a pull out sofa. Complimentary breakfast was nice and the breakfast attendant was very cordial.
