“Service, cleanlines food is all great. Best area on the beach and they clean it all day long. It is quieter resort and smaller, so less food options, but that was perfect for us. Spa and Hydrothreapy are very nice. No need to worry about reserving chairs by the pool or beach. It is a great resort. ”

“I consider my review to be as objective as possible, as I am an experienced traveler. What can I say about the hotel? If you are looking for peace, privacy, decent à la carte food (no buffet), and wonderful, attentive staff, then this hotel is definitely for you. The hotel is absolutely beautiful and surrounded by lush greenery. You literally live in the middle of the jungle — among palm trees, vines, and many interesting animals that do not disturb you at all, so there is no need to be afraid.……

“New rooms, spotless clean, cleanest rooms I started in, food was great- lots of choices and good quality, they had a lot of activities that were free such as kayaking, bike riding to see the cenotes on their property, beaches were beautiful, fun activities for kids, we will be coming back there. ”

Super clean rooms and grounds, great cocktails, beautiful well kept grounds, delicious food (better than any other all inclusive resort) incredible nature, all green around, and most importantly top service. Breakfast buffet was OK, when it was hosted in the Italian restaurant the options were underwhelming, when it was moved to its main location (Mexican restaurant?) it got better but was still just OK. I also wish they had more activities for kids (outside of kids club). But……

“This is our second stay at an El Dorado Resort and we will definitely be going back. One year ago we stayed at the El Dorado Royale, and that property had three resorts on it - beautiful, but a lot of walking. The El Dorado Maroma had a much better beach, but the property with the Royale and the Casitas had more pools. We enjoyed that this resort was smaller and had less people, but still had all the great restaurants, entertaining shows, and the staff went out of their way to get us whatever……

“Astonishing breathtaking view of the ocean looking at Cozumel! Super friendly and professional staff, from concierge to all restaurant staff, it felt personalized all along our stay!! Great value for a boutique hotel!! Food never lacked in quality but the only thing to improve is on consistency, when ordering the same dish a few times, it never tasted the same, alway good but different! All in all thank you!, i would repeat no questions asked!”
