### Gîtes de France® La Patoumière

On the heights of the famous medieval town of Cahors, in a quiet village, La Patoumière is a beautiful family home converted into a holiday home. In the heart of unfenced landscaped grounds of more than 4000m², this property is pleasant to live in all seasons. In summer, we appreciate the large swimming pool which will delight young and old and the beneficial shade of the trees under which we can already see ourselves taking a nap! And during the rest of the year, La Patoumière is just as pleasant with its beautiful bright volumes, its revamped family furniture in a trendy style and its comfort available to guests. Good moments of conviviality in perspective in the veranda with a view of nature or in the vast living room of 60 m²! For your comfort, the beds are made on your arrival, the towels are provided and the exit cleaning is included in the price... all you have to do is put down your suitcases and enjoy La Patoumière! Contemporary style house of around 150m², on 2 levels, on a large plot of over 4000m². On the ground floor: living room of 60m², fitted kitchen of 20m², laundry room with freezer, dryer and washing machine; 2 bedrooms each with a 160 bed, wc, shower room and bathroom with WC. Upstairs, in the dovecote, 1 bedroom with 2 single beds. Geothermal underfloor heating. Covered shelter for car. private swimming pool of 11x5.5, with access by steps, gentle slope, then diving pit more than 2 m deep, secured by electric shutter and barriers. Electricity is included in the price up to 56kmw per week, beyond that a supplement may be requested based on a meter reading.
