So close to everything!

Posted Aug 27, 2017
This was our second stay in 2 years. A great location to kill the jet lag when arriving from Montreal Canada. Next to Trevi, Panthéon, close to Vatican and to Piazza Venezia. Nice people at reception: same staff as last year, everyone smiles and speaks English, French and Spanish (and of course Italian). The breakfast lounge on top of the hotel offers the gorgeous morning light of Roma and a nice choice of hot and cold - including bacon and scrambled eggs! We will most probably return.

Nice hotel close to Trevi Fountain

Posted Jul 6, 2017 on Orbitz
The hotel staff was very friendly, especially the woman at the front desk. The hotel is very close to the Trevi Fountain, 3-5 minute walk. Perfect location since the Trevi Fountain is in the middle of all the tourist sites. Had breakfast there every day and the breakfast was good and only 4 euros (great price for what you get: bacon, eggs, sausage, bread, yogurt, etc.).

Reasonable hotel close to the Trevi Fountain

Posted Jun 28, 2017
Pros: It is well placed to visit a number of attractions
Cons: The elevator needs to be updated and room facilities improved
Location: The hotel is ideal for the Trevi Fountain, Placa Novona, Pantheon and the Spanish Steps
Stayed for five nights with friends. The hotel is close to a number of attractions and on the route of the open top buses. There is one small, antiquated elevator which needed people to close the doors, so often it was stuck on one of the floors. The room was on the small side but clean. There is tea and coffee making but with polystyrene cups which are not too stable when hot. Breakfast is basic and if you are going to have it, pay at the hotel as it is 4€ as opposed to the amount charged by booking sites. There is a good cafe next door which served decent food all day. With the exception of one lady on reception, staff were quite sullen but helped when asked.

The room was amazing and quiet. They have a beautiful outdoor lounge area and their own cafe. Perfect for buying a bottle of wine and relaxing.

Nice hotel in a convenient location

Posted Mar 21, 2017
Pros: Location, price, cleanliness, friendly staff.
Cons: The rooms are fairly small, but that is to be expected.
Location: Perfect location, near the Pantheon, Piazza Navona, Trevi Fountain, and many important churches.
Obviously everyone's needs are different, but this hotel was perfect for us. It is right in the heart of central Rome, within easy walking distance of almost everything one would want to see. The staff was friendly, the buffet-style breakfast was quite good, and the entire facility was clean and inviting. Our room itself was rather small, but that should be expected in any reasonably priced accommodation within the heart of a major European city. If what you are looking for is a convenient "home base" for active travel around Rome, it's hard to see how you could do much better.

Great city centre location

Posted Mar 7, 2017
Pros: I loved the old fashioned lift with the outside door and inside double doors that worked very efficiently.
Cons: Perhaps some art work on the bedroom walls.
Location: Conveniently located near the Trevi Fountain and the hop-on-hop-off bus. Cross over Via de Corsa to nearby lovely reasonable restaurants and shops.
Room comfortable but a bit small, bathroom was fine. Good choice of breakfast items.
