Very nice hotel.
This hotel is very nicely located in the old town. The area is safe with several nice restaurants within walking distance. The hotel is clean with comfortable, quiet rooms. The TV did not have any English speaking channels but we were fine with this. The breakfast is wonderful.

Great location and nice hotel.
Very nice hotel. Didn’t try the breakfast but looked ok. Clean with friendly staff. Wish they had a different flooring in the room. That was the only thing that never felt clean. A textured mat type flooring.

Great Central Location with Parking
Stayed here a few times, surprisingly easy to find (just follow the signs) and parking available. Reception is welcoming, rooms clean & spacious. Breakfast has a good choice of pastries, fruit etc You are in the middle of Conegliano which is a beautiful town, plenty of local restaurants and bars close by. Train station less than 10mins walk

Wonderfully located near the central train station which is 50 minutes from Venice. Conegliano has many upscale shops and cafes. You can walk to the Castello di Conegliano. Every Friday there’s a market to enjoy. Hotel is very clean, friendly staff with English breakfast and parking garage available. Will definitely stay at this hotel the next time I’m in the area.

Nice hotel
I booked for 3 nights but I had to leave after just 1....the hotel is being renovated, but the staff was really friendly and they asked me to request anything that I needed if I heard noise or even if I wanted to move room. There were no issues with the works that were carried over in the hotel and I slept like a baby!

Nice northern European style hotel (conservative) in a nice medium sized Italian town with interesting historic sites worth visiting. Located within walking distance to the train station and the historical city center with its nice pizzerias and cafes, this clean and friendly hotel is just the right place to stay to relax leave the crowds behind.

Great hotel
Great location in the historic centre, friendly and helpful reception. Our room was comfortable and clean with a very comfortable bed and a great bathroom. The entire hotel and grounds appeared very well maintained. Breakfast was excellent value with a good choice. Excellent hotel. Climb up to the castle for late afternoon drink as the sun goes down.

We stayed overnight in March 2018 to tour the Prosecco region. The hotel was great! Check in/out smooth & quick. Room clean, comfortable, modern. Breakfast (included) has many options. I would definitely stay here again

A stylish hotel in an excellent location
This hotel has an excellent location in the old town and it also offers secure parking. The staff were extremely helpful and gave us some very good advice. The rooms are very comfortable with the exception of the pillows which were either too big or too hard.

Unbeatable
This is - in my opinion - a very well run operation. Rooms are cosy, warm, well-presented and spacious, the Internet connection is good and there are plenty of electrical sockets. The hotel car park is excellent and it would be difficult to beat the location. It is also excellent value. The bathroom is a bit outdated but for the price, you really can't complain. It is well appointed and everything is in good order.

Historic centre of Conegliano
Fabulous hotel...friendly, helpful staff, excellent location...and good coffee! Will stay there again next visit. Easy walk to train station (5 minutes) and lots of restaurants and bars which populate the area. Our Deluxe room was very well appointed with everything one could need...including slippers and big thick bath robes. Nice!

Miserable pompous reception staff....
We arrived to be told the room (double with 2 single beds) we paid for was not available.The miserable female member of staff on reception duty then very reluctantly agreed to give us an upgrade to what turned out to be a nice room.However, after this we were made to feel like we had committed a crime by asking for a room that we paid for. The female daytime reception staff generally displayed a really sour unfriendly attitude which was summed up on the morning we left (last Thursday) when the member of staff on duty just totally ignored us as we handed in the key and left.She was not taking a call or occupied with something important-she just wanted to make sure we left without any recognition. The whole experience for us was ruined by these staff who poorly represented Best Western, need Customer service re-training, and need to lose their stuffy patronising attitude. We will be leaving a similar review on Trip Advisor and would like you to refer this complaint to Best Western for investigation.

Absolutely Lovely
The hotel is situated on a cobblestone street that allows this hotel to seem isolated even though it is surrounded by the hustle and bustle of down town Conegliano. There are many cafés and resturants nearby and a market just down the way has everything you could imagine. We were checked in quickly and the gentleman at the desk assisted us with our bags. The room had access by stairs or elevator. The room was nicely furnished, clean and air conditioned. My only complaint is that among the multiple shower heads and sprayers in the shower only one was useable, the rest were calcified or clogged. The breakfast room is light and airy with a nice selection of breakfast items. I would recommend this hotel to anyone and would be glad for the opportunity to stay again.
