The whole period of my stay went very well, the only thing I have to comment negatively on was the service in the restaurant at breakfast time. During my stay there, I almost didn't have breakfast, because the eggs were always cold and there wasn't frequent replenishment. That was the main reason I wanted to go down just to have a cup or two of black coffee and one day, I arrived at the restaurant at 10:15 am - knowing that the breakfast service ended at 10am. I saw the waiters moving around starting to remove some items from the buffet and I asked if I could just have a cup of coffee. The waitress went to get it for me and asked for my room number to charge it. It is not for the amount to be paid, but for the inflexible attitude.

Not bad...but it could be much better.
The hotel looks nice and clean. I stayed one night as it is really close to the Treviso Airport. I asked for a iron (I needed to press a shirt and a pair of trousers) and I have been told that they can't give any irons to the guests as it is illegal in Italy. WHAT??? Since when??? I could have used a laundry room, but of course there wasn't one. The only option was their ironing service, but staying only a night wasn't really an option for me. Very disappointed. The furniture need a refresh in the room and in the breakfast/restaurant.

Fine for an overnight stay
We booked into the hotel as we had a late afternoon flight into Venice and didn't fancy a late night onward drive to our ski resort. The hotel is conveniently located a relatively short drive from Marco Polo airport and was comfortable with friendly and helpful staff. We had a pleasant meal in the onsite restaurant but I'm afraid I didn't get chance to check any local facilities or attractions.

Family overnight stay
We were a family of four staying in connecting rooms. The rooms were great. The staff was very friendly and helpful. I will definitely stay again.

Just a little far out from the city center. A boring walk through suburbia but only a €10 taxi fare to anywhere. We found that any bar or restaurant was very happy to call for a taxi and the drivers were very friendly and helpful. We would stay again and recommend the hotel.

Great Hotel in Treviso
I picked this hotel for a group of 4 heading to Treviso for a rugby game. I selected the hotel due to the ratings given by other travelers. The hotel is well service by taxi and public transport, so getting from airport and into town was very easy and cheap. The hotel was in very good condition, staff very friendly and welcoming, rooms were comfortable and food was great. I would recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Treviso as the price/experience was great.

Is more a 3 star hotel... You have to pay for all their facilities, gym, swimming pool, spa. Also for sleepers, cap and towel if you want to swim. Otherwise, the pillow was great. There is no working ventilation in the bathroom and with sliding door, could be a delight 😉 Restaurant was good.

poor attention to guests. receptionist seriously misspelled name of guest and when notified replied "never mind, it's the same". also gave wrong info about spa access, and then denied it. on the hotel website it looks like the spa is part of the hotel, but it's not: it costs 20 Euro to get in. good breakfast. questionable room decor.

This is basically a business hotel. I read all the reviews before we booked and I agree with some of the pros and cons. The biggest complaint is there is virtually no air conditioning. So we opened the windows and it is on the busiest, noisiest Street. When we checked out and the desk person said that they could have lowered the room temp 2 c. If we had called. That was still way too hot. We spent 3 weeks in Europe and this was our worst hotel. Breakfast is just ok compared to everywhere else we stayed. Great location to get into Venice. The train is a 15 minute walk and a 30 minute ride. Treviso is about a 20-25 minute walk. Last, why are there no plugs in any of the bathrooms?

Clean and friendly staff. Was told it had a pool but found out at my arrival that I had to pay 7 euros for access. I was under the impression it was included in the price. Even access to the gym was at a premium. Surprised. As a train or I usually book locations with free gym.

Overnight in Treviso
Great for an overnight in Treviso if you're flying in or out of Venice as an alternate. There is a market right next door that also sells beer & wine. Short walk to the Spaghetti House which has fantastic pizza & pasta! Full bar at the hotel, Nice sitting area out front to socialize. Great breakfast included in the morning. 10 min cab ride to Treviso airport.
