Worst hotel

This hotel has bed bugs.i would not recommend this place to anyone the under sheets were so dirty and the room smelled so moisty I had to throw my shirt out it smells like smoke.Spend your money somewhere else they do not even deserve the 1 star.

Nice Hotel and reasonable priced

Pros: Jacuzzi in room and the price
Cons: Cleanliness of the room and jacuzzi
Location: We walked to 7 eeleven, and there is a pub next door with great food.
We chose the jacuzzi room, and it was nice. We had some issues at first, but the front desk assisted us without any problem.

It was a nice room , only thing was the carpet, I got a splinter because it wasn’t Vacuumed

Rooms need to be better.

Hotel needs to be cleaner. The curtains were missing the pole to close the curtain. Shower curtain was wrinkled and dirty as well as the round pieces to hold the curtain up. The tv was dirty with spots on it. Had to wipe it down myself. People that worked there didn't understand English. The person who worked there to check me in was rude. The maid walked right in my room at 8:45 while my kids and I were sleeping.

Roaches

Cons: They desperately need an exterminator.
There are roaches in this location. My family stayed in the next room and got zero sleep worrying about where the next roach was going to crawl out from. I left a note in both rooms letting the maid or whomever know that there were roaches (I'm sure they already know) and I took several pictures. I didn't expect the Ritz-Carlton when I checked in here but I DEFINITELY didn't expect roaches trying to hitch a ride home with me. Makes me wonder what else is going on there. I'm pretty sure innocent travelers like my family and myself are not their base customer, or there'd be more reviews about this hotel showing pictures of roaches. Lesson learned.

Hot tub

It w was quite and clean but the hot tub did not work and that's what i want that why i paid for that room.

Didn't have any problem at this place. Privacy was key factor in picking this hotel plus price and I got my privacy.

Very bad hotel and not up to the standard. I recommend not to stay there. Please pay little extra money and stay at a decent place.

What a dump!

This was the filthiest hotel room I have ever stayed in. The bathroom walls and woodwork had dark spots and spills and the carpeting had stains near the refrigerator that seemed to be growing. The air conditioner had a bare loose wire protruding from the cover and all of the furnishings were worn. I really should have turned around and walked away.

BED BUGS!!!!

The stay was horrible we checked in at about 930 went out to Parx came back around 1130 sat on the bed to eat and my boyfriend had taken off his pants and only had on boxers began to itch we checked the bed and yup beg bugs!!!! We tried to get our money back and the guy at the desk said we needed to call back Monday to speak with the manager which I called several times and never got a manager but I do have the pictures in my phone!!!! So I’ll see what can be done.... but plzzzz don’t waste your money this place is a DUMP!!!!!!
