Loved the size of our room, it was very comfortable. Comfort level of beds were good. Complementary breakfast is included along with 24 hour pool, hot tub and sauna. Also the room was up to our standards with cleanliness. We would stay here again.

Housekeeping needs attention!

Posted Oct 24, 2015
Pros: Convenience to were we wanted to be.
Cons: Definitely housekeeping.
I found the housekeeping during our two day stay to be mediocre at best. Upon arrival it took three tries to get our room key to work and our pillows were missing the pillow cases (front desk just replied this some times happens). Next day, our toilet hadn't been cleaned and the towels we left on the floor to be replaced with fresh towels appeared to be picked up off the floor, folded and placed back on the shelf. Paper coffee cups were not replenished and we had to go to the lobby for new cups. Toaster in the breakfast room - only one side of the toaster worked. Overall, I don't believe I'll be back to this hotel.

Baymont Kennewick stay October 20, 2015

Posted Oct 22, 2015 on Hotels
Motel is probably 20 years old and can use a bit of remodeling. Location is good with shopping and restaurants near by. Call the front seat directly and you will get a better rate than booking online. Desk attendant said next time she would reduce my stay by 10% if I callin vs book on line. Very nice and courteous staff

On the road respite

Posted Oct 19, 2015 on Hotels
We were driving from Bozeman to Portland and needed a place to stop for the night. Baymont was perfect (recommended by Hotels.com phone person) since we could swim before going to bed, had a good breakfast in the morning and were on our way.

Bring your own pillow, you will have a great stay

Hotel and room were great. Staff were very nice and the breakfast was great. The mattress was only fair and the pillows were terrible.

Good Location, Yucky Room

Posted Sep 23, 2015 on Orbitz
This hotel is conveniently located next to a main road and we did not have any issues with road noise. However, that is the only good thing we have to say after our stay there. Half the bed was so broken down that I had to sleep in the middle to not roll out of the bed, making the queen bed much smaller for the two of us. There were boogers wiped on the wall, the carpet looked like it hadn't been vacuumed in a long time, there was a missing light fixture and hardware, and the things that were in the room, like bedding and furniture and curtains, were not in good shape or broken.

Disappointed!!!

Posted Sep 13, 2015
Pros: Staff
Cons: The interior of the hotel such as new carpet, new bath tubs, better ventilation, no pets.
Location: Not too many things to do around, we were just visiting family.
We stayed for 3 nights and noticed the hotel had a terrible stench to it, too many pet smells, old damp smell and stagnant air. Staff are very pleasing, but needs lots of improvements on the inside.

Went to the Tri-Cities for a concert. The hotel was nice, clean and the staff was friendly. There was a nice breakfast room. Only problem we had was that the air conditioning in our room was not working very good. We told them at check out, if we had said something the night before, I'm sure they would have moved us but I wasn't THAT uncomfortable.
