Small motel near everything.

I wasn't expecting a motel (rooms with outside access) but found the room on a ground level good for our needs. The staff was polite. The sheets needed a better review before being put on the beds (old stains) and there was not an ice machine in our building.

Needs to be updated . Room wasn't the cleanest , everything in room did not work properly.

Terrible management

Smoking room which management says was requested. I promise it was not. One room aparently had requested a microwave and one room did not. That's also false. Management called me at 10 pm while I was sleeping to blame me for getting a smoking room saying I asked for it when I did not

Please check your reservation conformation email from Hotels.com. If you had told us you needed a nonsmoking room we would have been more than happy to change it for you even though it was not our fault. Guest satisfaction is our number one priority. Again please accept our apologies.

First non-smoking room smelled like cigarettes. The second room's remote control did not work. Hotel staff was very helpful!!

We were there for etsucon. A little far from Etsu but we had a nice stay.

dangerous metal frame sticking out from bed

We stayed at the Baymont in Johnson City TN It took over half an hour to get checked in because I had pages using PayPal. She had to call someone 3 Times and then I still had to give her a credit card in case the payment from hotels .com did not post. Then there was a piece of metal coming out from under the bed. Sticking out about 6 inches. It was hidden by the bedskirt. There in now a large bruise on my foot where I tripped on it. When we checked out and told the person at the desk, she did not care at all and did not even apologise

We are really sorry that you had to wait to be checked in to the room and your stay was not as comfortable as you had expected. When you make a prepaid reservation with hotels at check in you have to provide a credit card for incidentals. apologize for the inconvenience .
