Lots of problems with card readers malfunctioning or cards being very easily demagnetized numerous times despite usual precautions. Outlet was tripped Plumbing during toilet flush and fill made very loud water hammer Breakfast very pedestrian, hours very limited Would not recommend other than convenient location and lower end of price range

A very poor, lumpy and uncomfortable mattress prevented a good night’s sleep. The room was poorly lit. At $150 this was a very poor value for the money.

Nice staff. Clean. Good breakfast. Worried about outlets in the entire room. They did not work consistently on several items. HVAC system also didn’t work properly.

The rooms were comfortable and clean. The continental breakfast was a big disappointment after paying almost $600'for 2 nights. We arrived just after 8:30am. There was no sausage, no biscuits, no grits, no fresh fruit and no hot chocolate packets. There was nobody around to ask for help

Great location. Friendly staff. One thing , at breakfast there were some apples that looked way past their prime. Should have been thrown out weeks ago. Thought you should know because the rest of the stay was great.

Staff were great. Hotel really needs to be updated. Old bathrooms that look dirty. Doesn’t mean they are dirty but they’re old. Room was clean, just dated.

No hot water in the shower
The check in was freindly and professional but the response to reported issued was less than satisfactory. The shower did not have hot water even after wiaitng 20 minutes for the water to warm. when the water selection temperature was in the hot position no water came out of the faucet. My husband and I did not want to take ice cold showers in the morning. The manager dismissed the complaint as a non issue

The guy at the desk was very unfriendly and not that helpful. Other than that it wasn’t too bad but probably won’t be back after having to deal with him. We weren’t the only ones having issues with him as well.
