Nice comfortable and cleanPosted Aug 29, 2015
Pros: Clean and comfortable beds, room was larger than I expected!
Location: Only 20-30 minutes from Bristol Motor Speedway and Bass Pro Shop!
We were there for the Bristol night race and everything was excellent!

Pit stop on road tripPosted Aug 10, 2015 on Hotels
Girls road trip, needed a place to crash on our drive to Nashville. We had 5 in our party and didn't want to split into 2 rooms. Was nice to get a suite. VERY specious room!!! Wish we stayed more than one night! (Only complaint, the breakfast wasn't all it could be but it was "free" and included in the room so we made due)

Horrible check in experiencePosted Jul 21, 2015 on Hotels
I had the worst experience of discrimination upon checking into Comfort Inn Suites in Kingsport, TN! As an African American woman whom has traveled to many countries and states for business and leisure, I would have never imagined that I would face such discrimination and racism in my own country! I reserved (2) rooms for me, my husband, daughter and parents for 7/17-7/19 via hotels.com and expected a very smooth and easy check-in because in the pass this has been the case when traveling to countries in Europe, Southeast Asia, Africa and even South America. I was astonished at the hard time the front desk clerk - KATIE gave me and my family for a hotel room which was already paid in full. Katie first failed to greet us when she showed up to the desk after having us wait for 3-4 minutes. When she did speak she asked for the last name of our reservations and an ID and credit card. I informed Katie that the rooms were already paid for and I ed a short while ago to confirm. Katie proceeded to take my card and began clicking away on her desktop for 5 minutes. Holding my 2-yr old sleeping daughter in my arms, I asked Katie "Is there a problem". She stated her system is not allowing her to check us in with my card and something must be wrong with Expedia's virtual card.

Just what we neededPosted Jul 18, 2015 on Hotels
This was a quick overnight for us and it met all our needs. Quiet so the kids could sleep. Clean indoor pool. Comfortable beds and a yummy breakfast with lots of options. I highly recommend this hotel.
