Location: wineries, golf, shopping
The hotel is located in a quiet area overlooking the river. Our room was spacious and well appointed. The bed linens, pillows, etc. were very good quality. Overall a great stay.

We'll stay there again.Posted Sep 6, 2015
Location: We went on a tour of Hanford. Reservations are required. It's free, educational from a historic and Only available some parts of the year.
Two good places to eat within walking distances. Very comfortable place to stay. Next time we'll ask for a room with a river view.

Beautiful locationPosted Aug 10, 2015
Pros: The bed was very comfortable, clean room
We had a relaxing weekend. We needed a room near the elevator and our first room was at the end of the corridor. The staff was able to immediately move us to a new room.

A better place to stay in RichlandPosted Aug 9, 2015
Pros: Location, Bistro, View of River
Cons: Slept in late one morning and the room was not completely serviced - bed not made up, coffee not replenished.
Location: Golf right across the road, restaurants within walking distance, close to central business district.
On a recent trip to visit with family in the Richland area, we chose to stay at the Courtyard by Marriott at Columbia Point. The location was great - very easy to get to and from our relative's home, close to downtown businesses and restaurants, and (if in the mood) right next to Columbia Point Golf Course. Check in was a breeze, and we had a choice of floors, so chose the top floor, river view. Great location at the property, nice view of the Columbia River. The onsite Bistro (sort of a glorified Starbucks with a liquor license) was perfectly suited for our needs - a glass of wine at the end of the day, and a light breakfast in the morning before heading out for family activities.

Location great, staff the usual very competent.Posted Aug 1, 2015
Pros: Location and the rooms.
Cons: Bring back the breakfast.
Location: Great location with lots of nearby things to do in Richland as well as Pasco and kennewick.
Back to my home town for a visit and was very pleased with the hotel. (Missed the great free breakfasts we have become to look for at other Marriott's.)

Excellent StaffPosted Jul 24, 2015
Pros: Love the water view .... can calm the spirit!
Cons: I know housekeeping is over worked ..they always are but just a 'little' bit more attention to detail. Very close to perfect.
Location: The restaurants and winery locations are our favorites
Not only are the staff friendly and take the time to great one; this trip I had extra special help with a business detail. The 'employee' not only knew what would work but thought nothing of going the extra mile .... not once did I see her 'miss' any of her other duties or guests! I've stayed here before and I will stay again!

Clean, comfortable, quiet, and securePosted Jul 20, 2015
Pros: Polite, helpful staff and a clean, comfortable room in a quiet, safe, secure location. Check-in and check-out was quick and easy.
Cons: Pool is tiny, not really big enough to actually swim in. OK for splashing around with the kids. I like to swim laps for exercise. Can't here.
Polite, helpful staff and a clean, comfortable room in a quiet, safe, secure location. Had a good night's sleep. Check-in and check-out was quick and easy.

Loved Everything but the Noisy FridgePosted Jun 13, 2015 on Hotels
Loved the shower. The room was beautiful and very clean. My only complaint was the mini fridge made noises all night long that would wake me up. My family who was in the second room also complained about the mini fridge making noises.

Great HotelPosted Jun 11, 2015 on Hotels
This was a very nice hotel. We were given a room with a view of the river and it was already cooled off when we arrived. The pool was pretty small and chilly, but overall the hotel was a great place to stay.

There was no continental breakfast and no shuttle to the airport. With these prices there should have been standard.
