The bathroom light was broken and flickered all night. I woke up to bit marks on my face that were not there before I went to sleep. There was a used condom underneath the night stand that didn't.
Having to chose for myself I would NOT be staying there again.
No USB chsrgers in the room. The only outlets that were somewhat usable were on the wall. The ones on the lamps the charging blocks just fall out so those couldn't be used.

absolutely not what we expected for a double tree property. The young lady who at the desk was great!! Lamont from Maintenace was great. The problems we had after we checked in were handled quickly.
This property is in need of a refresh. The finish onthe wood doors is showing a lot of wear and tear as just one example. There was no one at the desk to give us a folio at checkout. The breakfast buffet had a good selection. Unfortunately, it was not tasty. On the plus side, the room was a nice size.

Would have been 5 stars, but the only comfortable chair was in fount of the air exchange unit and there was no way to turn the fan off.
The stay was good, the Burger Bar was awesome. The only issue I had was my bank card was charged twice for a night’s stay before I even checked in, which took money out of my account I had for my trip. This was on a Saturday so my bank has yet to release the charge until the next business day.
The building's air conditioner is broken and some of the upper floors are unfit for use. Despite that they will still take your reservation and your money without ever mentioning these issues.
I could understand if this were a temporary issue. However, they have no intention of fixing the air conditioner this year. They are waiting until next year when they renovate.
They should not be renting rooms with the building in this condition.

I completely understand your issue with the lack of AC in some areas and please know we are working hard to get it resolved as soon as possible. We placed an order for 7 rooftop AC units on March 15th of this year with an expected lead time of 20-24 weeks until delivery and installation. The manufacturer is making every attempt to speed up our order but they are limited due to the supply chain challenges. We are in constant contact with them to keep our order top of the list and we are pushing for the earliest delivery possible. I realize this does not resolve the issues during your stay but we truly are working hard to have it completely fixed as soon as possilbe. We love staying at this hotel when we come to Tennessee to visit family for our annual trip. It is convenient to many restaurants and shopping. The hotel over the years has not been updated and while it is good, it does need some TLC and attention. We will go again next time but hope to see some upgrades soon.

Nice hotel and staff, but make sure youre not overcharged like i was. Stayed one night but was charged for two. So make sure before you leave property.

We thoroughly enjoyed our night in Johnson City. Breakfast was available at the restaurant on-site for a fee. Staff was extremely friendly. Room was spotless. The bed was very comfortable.
It was a pleasure staying at the Doubletree. I was tired and frazzled from traveling for the past week, so the quiet, clean and comfortable room was exactly what I needed.

Property was outdated and location not that great. Price was also high compared to better hotels in the area. Due to the place being outdated it left an impression of being dirty.
