Pros: Comfortable bed, spacious room
Cons: Friendliness of the staff
Location: Close to the aquatic center. Not far from restaurants etc...
Hotel was met our Hampton Inn expectations except for the staff at the lobby desk. We had to wait to check in. Not the friendliest and waited when dropping off our keys when leaving. Again, not the friendliest. Other than that our stay was great. Breakfast was good.

Location: Bristol Motor Speedway
From the A/C, to the getting locked out of building and room several times due to keys deactivating, to the springs in your back in the beds, to the closet door falling off & almost hitting someone in the head, to the poor quality "hot" breakfast; this was a terrible hotel experience that I would rather never repeat.

Booked the Hampton Inn through Hotels.com because the Marriott across the street did not have any more rooms for convention I was attending. After booking the room at the Hampton Inn some rooms opened up at the Marriott but because of your policy of no refunds I was unable to cancel my reservation. The Hampton Inn was fine but as for booking anything through Hotels.com I will never again use this site for travel for this family.

Stay was about average. Facility is well-kept and clean. Room was adequate but was disappointed ours had no microwave or fridge. Breakfast was just ok--but it was free.
