Nice lobby, however, the rooms were shabby, worn, and small. Towels are stacked on the back of the toilet tank, which I found to be disgusting. The rooms were serviced very late in the day, around 5:00pm. On the last day, only one of the two rooms we were occupying was even serviced. We had to ask housekeeping to come and all they did was change out the towels. When we mentioned the oversight at the front desk, we were informed that the hotel had been at full capacity and that 109 rooms had to be cleaned. I knew that, as I had been listening to every sound made by these guests for the past 3 days through the paper thin walls of my room. I also knew that the convention that most of the guests were attending had ended, and I'd seen the hotel parking lot clear out as most of the guests checked out the day the convention was over. My party had elected to check out the next day. I would think that housekeeping should service the few rooms that had remaining guests in them, rather than clean the now unoccupied rooms first and forget to clean a room that was still occupied. No one in my party plans to stay at this hotel again.
