Weekend with family

Pros: All staff were friendly, courteous and made you feel welcome. You are part of the "family" when there. Rooms are spacious, clean and very comfortable.
Cons: Maybe meals all day long? Not a drawback though, just an additional convenience. Possibly include the breakfast in the room rate, but no drawback.
Location: The location is great with lots of shopping areas, restaurants, movies, etc.
We love to travel, and typically look for a Hilton Garden in the area we're going to. We know that it's going to be a relaxing and inviting atmosphere where you feel welcome. We haven't been let down yet, and we know that consistency from one city, state, etc. is there.

convenient off freeway, new, clean

Finally, a nice hotel in that area! We were there for a wedding in Topinish. We usually have to stay in Yakima because other hotels are old.

HORRIBLE Hotel

Disappointing. The entire 2nd floor REEKED of POT and we ended up leaving a night early because of it. When I confronted the front desk about it, they refused to refund us the last night of our stay because "it was too late". Thanks, Hilton. Clearly you care more about MONEY than Customer Satisfaction.

Great Hotel & Great Staff!

Nice Hotel with a pleasant & helpful staff! My wife & I stayed here for a concert at the Toyota Center. The rooms very nice & clean. The staff was very nice & helpful. I would stay again if I was in Kennewick again.
